| [Objective] To explore the choice of individualized treatment for breast reconstruction,the safety of operation and the effect of operation.[Methods] A retrospective study was conducted to review 73 cases of breast reconstruction in our hospital from 2015 to 2018.60 patients underwent implant-based breast reconstruction,6 patients underwent latissimus dorsi flap breast reconstruction,and 7 patients underwent DIEP flap breast reconstruction.The length of operation,length of hospitalization and complications of each patient were recorded and counted in detail.The appearance of breasts on the affected side was graded from shape,size,color,location,scar,nipple areola and patients' satisfaction before and after operation,respectively,according to the standard of the healthy breast.The scores were(>15)excellent,10-14 good and(< 9)poor.The scores of preoperative and post-operative evaluation tables were counted and compared,and the effect of operation was evaluated by SPSS 19.[Results] The average score of 73 patients underwent breast reconstruction in our hospital increased from 7.73 before operation to14.53 after operation.The preoperative breast effect score was 7.73 + 2.22(range 6-15),and the postoperative breast effect score was 14.53 +2.27(range 9-18).The breast effect score increased from 8.45 points before operation to 15.50 points after operation in patients underwent implant-based breast reconstruction.The breast effect score increased from 6.33 points before operation to 13.33 points after operation in patients underwent latissimus dorsi flap breast reconstruction.The breast effect score increased from 6.25 points before operation to 11.5points after operation in patients underwent DIEP flap breast reconstruction.[Conclusions]Selecting the appropriate surgical method of breast reconstruction can improve the score of breast reconstruction,reduce complications,and obtain better effect and safety.Postoperative breast shape can be significantly improved. |
