Research And Implementation Of Auxiliary Support System For TCM Diagnose And Treatment

TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)has a distinctive feature,that is,syndrome differentiation for treatment.For now,TCM syndrome differentiation includes two main characteristics.Firstly,the experience of doctors determines the level of dialectical skills to some extent,so experienced old TCM practitioners can be well recognized.Secondly,there is no objective standard for judging TCM syndrome differentiation,and subjective factors will have a great impact on the dialectical results,and The same patient may also draw different dialectical conclusions from the diagnosis of different doctors.According to the general TCM management system,patients and medical data are only collected and stored.Before data entry,it is not standardized and preprocessing,and the system does not have perfect dialectical auxiliary function.This paper studies and implements the auxiliary support system of TCM diagnosis and treatment,so as to make the TCM management system more efficient in data processing.And add the auxiliary function of TCM dialectical,in order to solve how to better dialectical TCM.This paper introduces the hierarchical clustering algorithm and applies the hierarchical clustering combined algorithm to TCM syndrome differentiation to further improve the accuracy and objectivity of doctors' dialectical treatment of patients' symptoms.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The current diagnosis and treatment systems and related technologies at home and abroad are introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Then the application and achievements of clustering algorithm in traditional Chinese medicine are expounded.2.The model of TCM assisted dialectical cluster analysis based on hierarchical clustering was established.In order to assist traditional Chinese medicine dialectics,this paper introduces the hierarchical clustering algorithm and applies the hierarchical clustering combined algorithm to the model.This model first completed the collection of case information,analyzed the frequency of various symptoms in patients,and eliminated the items with little dialectical significance to increase the accuracy of clustering.Then the collected case information was processed by Euclidean distance method and the designedChinese medicine symptom clustering algorithm,and finally the clustering results were obtained and analyzed.3.Realized the TCM diagnosis and treatment auxiliary system based on hierarchical clustering.On the basis of studying the cluster analysis model of traditional Chinese medicine,the system adopts the popular Java language as the program development technology,and MySQL as the background database system to support the system to achieve the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary dialectical,medical records digital management,drug information query and other functions.On the one hand,the realization and use of the system is conducive to improving the information management of TCM medical records;on the other hand,doctors can compare the results of cluster analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation obtained through the system with their own preliminary diagnosis,so as to obtain more objective diagnosis results,so that doctors can take medicine according to the case.
