Objective:To perform 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with pan-retinal photocoagulation?PRP?in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy?PDR?and indications for surgery, and collect the choroidal thickness data of the surgical eye at three locations at different times after surgery, and analyzing the changes of choroidal thickness to understand the choroidal blood flow and retinal blood supply after PDR.It can help to increase the understanding of the mechanism of surgical treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and provide reference for further research on prognostic visual factors. Methods:A total of 41 patients?41 eyes?who were diagnosed with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and met the indications for surgical treatment were enrolled in the ophthalmology department of our hospital.23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with intraoperative retinal laser photocoagulation was performed on the affected eye.As a surgical group. The operation group was scanned and data were collected at 1 week postoperatively,2 weeks postoperatively,1 month postoperatively, and 3 months postoperatively.1.The central choroid thickness of the macular area(CT0-0.5mm),choroidal thickness around the macular area(CT0.5-1.5mm),choroidal thickness?pCT?around the optic disc at the same time were compared.,analysis of the difference in choroidal thickness between different sites;2,CT0-0.5mm,CT0.5-1.5mm,pCT values were compared in different time in the surgery group were used to analyze the time difference of choroidal thickness and the trend with time in the operation group.Results:1.The pCT and CT0-0.5mm,pCT and CT0.5-1.5mm were compared at the same time in the operation group The pCT was found to be thinner and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between CT0-0.5mm and CT0.5-1.5mm in the operation group at 1 week,2 weeks,1 month.Only in the operation group at 3 months after surgery,CT0-0.5mm is thicker than CT0.5-1.5mm,and the difference is statistically significant.2.There were time differences in CT0-0.5mm,CT0.5-1.5mm and pCT in the operation group, indicating that the choroidal thickness at each position changed with time, and the difference was statistically significant.3.In the operation group,CT0-0.5mm,CT0.5-1.5mm and pCT were increased at 2 weeks after operation and 1week after operation, the difference was statistically significant;1 month after operation and postoperative Compared with 2 weeks,3 months after surgery and 2 weeks after surgery,3 months after operation and 1month after operation,CT0-0.5mm,CT0.5-1.5mm and pCT decreased, the difference was statistically significant. The choroidal thickness of the operation group increased first and then decreased after surgery, and increased to the thickest at 2 weeks after surgery, and became the thinnest at 3 months after surgery.Conclusion:1.The surgical group found that the choroid was thicker in the macula than around the optic disc;2.The choroidal thickness of the operation group after PDR changes, indicating that the operation has an effect on the choroidal blood flow of PDR and the blood supply to the fundus.
