Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Diagnosis And Treatment Progress

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressively worsening limb weakness,bulbar palsy and pyramidal tract signs.Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear.Early diagnosis is extremely difficult due to the diverse clinical manifestations of early ALS and the lack of highly specific biomarkers.Until the publication of this manuscript,there are no particularly effective treatments for the disease,resulting in unsatisfactory treatment.The author reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,reviewed the latest research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and therapeutic drugs.
