Cardiovascular disease is a group of heart and vascular diseases,which is the world's leading cause of death.The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases are still on the rise in China,and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases have become an important public health issue.Timely detection of cardiovascular diseases,we can take intervention and treatment measures to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events,benefiting patients and reducing the medical burdens.Therefore,how to conveniently obtain as many cardiovascular parameters as possible for monitoring cardiovascular health status is of great significance.In this paper,a wearable cardiovascular health monitoring terminal is designed,which is mainly composed of dual wavelength photoelectric pulse sensors of earlobe and index finger on a single side,pressure sensor in combination with miniature inflatable pump and deflating valve in the air band at the wrist and ankle joints on a single side,a disposable ECG electrode,a patch-type temperature sensor and corresponding signal processing circuits.The terminal can obtain photoplethysmography ofearlobe and index finger on a single side,pressure pulse waves at wrist and ankle joints in a single side,single channel ECG signal and body temperature.After the signals acquired by the sensors are amplified,denoised and filtered,they are sent to the microprocessor STM32F405VGT6 to realize the collection of various signals.Finally,after being processed by the microprocessor,the acquired data is transmitted to the smart phone through the WiFi wireless module for realizing the display,storage and analysis of signals.The specific processes of signals acquisition are as follows: First,collect the signals for approximately 30 seconds without applying extra pressure to the air belts at wrist and ankle joints on a single side for comparative analysis with pressure.Then,collect the signals for approximately 150 seconds(including time of inflating)with inflating the air belts at wrist and ankle joints on a single side to set value(the default is 200mmHg)fast at the same time and then being deflated at set speed(the default is 2 mmHg per second)slowly.Finally,collect the signals under four adjustable constant pressures(the default values are 60 mmHg,80 mmHg,100 mmHg,120 mmHg)by applying pressure to the air belts respectively.The signals will be collected at different constant pressures for about 30 seconds each,a total of about 150 seconds,including time of inflating and deflating.Through testing,the terminal realizes the collection,display and storage of cardiovascular parameters under different pressure loads.Theremote transmission of data can be implemented with Internet technology,which is expected to provide a new acquisition terminal for cardiovascular health monitoring and medical big data analysis.
