Objective:The significance of noninvasive hemodynamic monitor?Bioz.com?for perioperative monitoring of transurethral prostatectomy?TURP?and the application value of noninvasive methods for the prevention of electrosurgical resection syndrome?TURS?were compared with conventional multi-parameter monitor and invasive blood collection index synchronous monitoring. Methods:Choose from 30 cases of patients undergoing elective line TURP,ASA??level,After entering the room, the conventional monitor and Bioz.com were connected.Line of waist hard joint anesthesia, choose home invasion?T0?,after anesthesia hypothesis?T1?,after lavage fluid volume reached 3000 ml?T2?,lavage fluid volume reached 6000 ml?T3?,lavage fluid volume reached 9000 ml?T4?,lavage fluid volume reached 12000 ml?T5?,lavage fluid volume reached 15000 ml?T6?,The volume of irrigation solution reached 18,000 ml?T7?at these 8 sampling points. The monitoring data of routine monitor at these 8 sampling points were recorded respectively:heart rate?HR?,systolic blood pressure?SBP?,diastolic blood pressure?DBP?,noninvasive Bioz.com monitoring data:stroke volume?SV?,volume vascular resistance?SVR?,pleural fluid composition?TFC?,invasive blood gas analysis data:serum Na+,serum K+,Hb,Hct concentrations. The indicators of the two adjacent time points at T2-T7 were compared and analyzed, and the Bioz.com monitoring index TFC and invasive blood collection index were compared, and the indicators at each sampling point were compared with those at T0 and T1,respectively.The sampled data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Indicators of two adjacent time points at T2-T7 were comparedExcept for the differences in SBP and DBP between T4 and T5,T5 and T6,and T6 and T7?P>0.05?,the differences in other Bioz.com monitoring indexes were statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Correlation analysis between TFC and trend of invasive blood collection indicators in patients with Bioz.comThe overall change of TFC at T1-T7 was opposite to that of Na+,Hb and Hct,respectively.Same trend as K+.In particular, the opposite trend of TFC and Na+was obvious.According to the scatter plot trend, when serum Na+was approximately 125 mmol/L,TFC was approximately 47 euros.3.Each sampling point was compared with the indicators at T0 and T1,respectivelyCompared with T0,HR increased significantly at T1-T7,especially at T1,SBP and DBP decreased significantly, especially at T1?P<0.05?.At T2-T7,Na+,Hb and Hct decreased significantly, while TFC and K+increased significantly?P<0.05?.At T1-T7,SV increased significantly and SVR decreased significantly?P<0.05?.There were no significant changes in Na+,K+,Hb,Hct and TFC at T1?P>0.05?.Compared with T1,HR decreased significantly at T2-T7,and SBP and DBP increased significantly?P<0.05?.At T2-T7,Na+,Hb and Hct decreased significantly, while K+increased significantly?P<0.05?.At T2-T7,SV increased significantly,SVR decreased significantly, and TFC increased significantly?P<0.05?.The whole process of T0-T7:HR increased at T1 and T2-T7 decreased gradually.SBP and DBP decreased at T1 and T2-T7 increased gradually.SV increased gradually,SVR decreased gradually, and From T1,TFC and K+increased gradually, while Na+,Hb and Hct decreased gradually. There were no patients with serum Na+below 125 mmol/L in this study, and no patients developed TURS.Conclusion:Bioz.com monitoring indexes are more sensitive to volume changes than those measured by conventional monitors, which is helpful to improve perioperative safety of TURP.The synchronous and opposite change trend and corresponding relationship between TFC and Na+,the gold index in diagnosing TURS,suggest that non-invasive monitoring is of positive significance in the exploration of preventing TURS.Bioz.com can monitor SV,SVR,TFC and other hemodynamic indexes, and can dynamically reflect the hemodynamic changes of perioperative patients with TURP,providing a basis for perioperative treatment and making it more reasonable.
