In the study, peritoneal dialysis patients were studied in ChengDe.The health promotion lifestyle assessment scale for peritoneal dialysis patients was prepared. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested. The application effect of health promotion model in patients was discussed,so as to provide basis for nursing to carry out effective health education for patients. The study was divided into two parts.Part one Development of health promoting lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis patientsObjective:The health promotion lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis patients was developed and its reliability and validity were tested. It provides a basis for the evaluation of peritoneal dialysis patients' lifestyle. Methods:Firstly, the items pool of the health promotion lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis patients was based on literature reviews and expert consultation.Secondly,14 patients were interviewed, and the prediction questionnaire was established again by means of expert meeting.ThenThirdly,40 patients were randomly were chosen as subjects to investigate and the internal consistency of the scale was measured, and the retest was repeated one month later to measure the retest reliability.Finally,200 patients were surveyed and based on the pilot date,a series of statistic analysis was conducted such as factor analysis, correlation analysis, etc.to select items on the final version.Results:1.The content validity index CVI of the scale level was 0.867.2.After examination,Cronbach?s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.847,and that of 5 domains were 0.712?0.802.Through retesting, the reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.865,and that of 5 domains were 0.713?0.817.3.In the study of 200 peritoneal dialysis patients, exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate whether the actual scale structure was consistent with the scale design.Through factor analysis, the five common factors were worked out,and the cumulative contribution rate was 54.381%.4.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a large correlation coefficient between the scores of each dimension and the total table scores, and the correlation coefficient between the scores of the five dimensions was statistically significant. Conclusion:In this study, the health promotion lifestyle scale for peritoneal dialysis patients has high reliability and validity by further statistical verification, which indicated that it could serve as a measuring tool for evaluating peritoneal dialysis patients' healthy lifestyle.Part two Study on the application of health promotion mode education to peritoneal dialysis patients. Objective:To explore the intervention effect of health promotion mode education on health promoting lifestyle and peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis, and to provide for nurses carrying out effective health education.Methods:104 peritoneal dialysis patients patients were recruited from a third-grade class-A hospital in ChengDe.They were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, each group 52 cases. After the baseline survey, the patients in the control group received routine health education, while patients in the experimental group received health promotion mode education and the intervention time were six months. The behavior of the patient's health promotion were measured with peritoneal dialysis patient's health promoting lifestyle scale. The status of peritonitis were measured before intervention and six months after intervention,to evaluate and analyze the effect of health promotion mode education.Data were input into SPSS22.0 software for analysis.Results:1.Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, education level, dialysis age,and primary cause between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant dif ferences in health responsibility[(11.59±1.68)vs(11.58±1.74),t=0.050,P>0.05],diet and nutrition[(9.31±1.50)vs(9.32±1.49)t=-0.021,P>0.05],exercise[(7.73±1.39)vs(7.54±0.99)t=0.771,P>0.05],stress management[(8.94±1.50)vs(9.12±1.51)t=1.601,P>0.05] and social return[(14.51±2.95)vs(13.82±1.90)t=0.665,P>0.05].3.After the intervention, there were no statistically significant diff erences in health responsibility[(14.49±1.59)vs(12.84±1.52),t=5.331,P<0.001],diet and nutrition [(12.37±1.54)vs(10.88±1.65)t=4.708,P<0.001],exercise [(11.06±1.51)vs(9.18±1.59)t=5.986,P<0.001],stres s management[(11.69±1.70)vs(9.94±1.45)t=8.787,P<0.001]and soci al return[(19.82±2.64)vs(15.60±2.18)t=8.381,P<0.001].4.In peritonitis,4 times occurred in the experimental group,12 times occurred in the control group within 6 months, the difference was statistically significant(Fisher exact test,P <0.05).Conclusion:Health promotion mode education significantly improved the health behavior of peritoneal dialysis patients,so as to guide patients to form a healthy lifestyle and reduce the incidence of peritonitis.
