Diabetes and its complications have become major diseases that endanger human health.Although there are many drugs that can control blood sugar well, but the adverse reactions are frequent, and it is difficult to effectively control the occurrence of diabetic complications. It is necessary to establish safe and effective diabetes prevention and prevention measures for complications. It has been reported that okra with high nutritional value has hypoglycemic effect. The water-soluble part of fresh okra was prepared by low temperature extraction process, and the experimental type I(T1DM)and type II(T2DM)diabetic mice were investigated. The effect of blood sugar and blood lipids. The study explored the optimal process for extracting the water-soluble parts of fresh okra at room temperature. In the case of controlling the temperature, the ultrasonic power, the time, the ratio of the material to the liquid and the number of extractions were used as variables to carry out a single factor experiment, and the extraction rate was calculated from the weight of the product after freeze-drying of the water extract. It was found that under normal temperature conditions, the ultrasonic power and extraction time had little effect on the extraction rate, and the ratio of material to liquid and the number of extractions had a great influence on the extraction rate. The extraction rate increased with the increase of power, extraction time, solvent dosage and extraction times. When the ultrasonic power reached 200 W,the time reached 80 min,the ratio of material to liquid reached 1:40,and the extraction times reached three times, the extraction rate reached the highest.Level.Through optimization of response surface, the optimal extraction process conditions were as follows: material-liquid ratio 1:43,power 200 W,extraction times 4 times, extraction time 83 min, theoretical extraction rate 2.98%,actual extraction rate 2.85%.A single intraperitoneal injection of 150 mg/kg streptozotocin(STZ)was used to establish a mouse model of experimental T1 DM.The hypoglycemic effect of water extract of okra on T1 DM mice was investigated. The results showed that 500,250 were given by continuous gavage. And the 100 mg/kg okra aqueous extract had no significant effect on the body weight of type I diabetic mice. The water extract of okra could decrease the fasting blood glucose, improve glucose tolerance and lower serum total cholesterol(TC)level in T1 DM mice in a dose-dependent manner. However,it has no significant effect on total triglyceride(TG).After 4 weeks of feeding with high-sugar and high-fat diet,a single T2 DM mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 100 mg/kg STZ.The water extracts of okra were given 500,250 and 100 mg/kg for 4 weeks.Effect on T2 DM glycolipid metabolism. It was found that okra water extract dose-dependently reduced the levels of fasting blood glucose,TG and TC in mice, and significantly reduced serum free fatty acid levels in mice and improved glucose tolerance in mice.In this study, the ultrasonic extraction process of water-soluble parts of Okra at room temperature was established. It was confirmed that the water extract of Okra reduced the fasting blood glucose of T1 DM and T2 DM mice, and lowered the levels of TG,TC and blood free fatty acids, which was developed as a new food for intervention in diabetes.Foundation.
