With the aging of the population becoming a serious social problem,the incidence of of lower limbs fracture is also increasing.The gait of the patients is the most direct manifestation of the surgical technique and the effect of rehabilitation.The traditional evaluation of orthopedic patients is often scored by common scoring system,which has great subjectivity.The appearance of gait analysis technology makes objective and accurate evaluation become possible Gait analysis is a method of comparing and analyzing human walking ability by using kinetics and human anatomy and physiology.Three dimensional motion capture technique can be used to provide an objective and accurate recovery index for the patient's physical condition in the gait analysis,which changes the qualitative analysis and subjective description of orthopedics rehabilitation therapy in tradition into objective and accurate quantitative evaluation.A gait test scheme is designed for the patients' rehabilitation.The motion data of the thigh,leg and foot of the patients got by 3D motion capture equipment are imported to the software for gait analysis,in order to get the spatial and kinematic parameters.The gait parameters that need to be calculated are determined,according to the ability of the patients and the needs of the doctor.Different from the traditional method of measuring the gait parameters by the force shoe pad,the gait test scheme can not only calculate the two-dimensional statistical characteristics of gait,but also analyze the three dimensional gait characteristics of all bones and joints.The treatment of gait data in patients is studied.The software called MotionVenus is used to complete the reconstruction of the patient's model.We give the calculation method and create the gait analysis animation in Unity3 D for the analysis of the gait results based on the calculation of the key points in the gait cycle.The patient's gait movement is reproduced for subsequent rehabilitation assessment combined with the technology of virtual reality.The normal gait parameters of healthy people in the gait cycle are obtained first,and then the abnormal gait parameters of patients are analyzed,so as to provide objective and real basis for postoperative rehabilitation evaluation.It shows that the step length of patients change obviously and the stance time of each leg are lower than normal person,which indicates that they are not completely restored to normal gait.Compared with the clinical assessment,the gait parameters of the patients with full score of walking function do not reach the normal level.Therefore,it is more objective and accurate to use gait analysis to evaluate the walking function.The quantitative analysis of the gap between the patient and the normal person will help the physician evaluate the patient's recovery and formulate a follow-up rehabilitation plan through the analysis of these parameters.
