Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Injection Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Upper Extremity Facet Joint Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of Upper extremity facet joint dysfunction after stroke in sequela phase.In order to improve the quality of life of Poststroke Upper extremity facet joint dysfunction patients,looking for more effective methods.Method: Sixty patients Poststroke Upper extremity facet joint dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group(Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training group)and the control group(Pure rehabilitation training group)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received poststroke treatment including basic drug therapy and acupuncture therapy.One week is one course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Each course of treatment lasts for 6 days with 1 day of rest.Records of cases before and after treatment Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA),Modified Barthel index,Brunnstrom graded hand function,China Stroke Scale(CSS),and statistical analysis of the curative effect of two groups.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 software.Result: 1.Using China Stroke Scale(CSS)percentage reduction for effectiveness analysis.The statistical results showed that the effective rate of Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training group was 93.3%,and that of Pure rehabilitation training group was 80.0%.Two groups of curative effect of statistical test,p < 0.05,with significant difference.2.Fugl-meyer assessment(FMA): FMA scores of patients in the two groups were significantly increased before and after treatment,with significant differences(p<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(p< 0.05),treatment group of FMA score higher than the control group,the curative effect of treatment group is more significant.3.Modified Barthel index:MBI index of patients in the two groups wassignificantly increased before and after treatment,with significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the MBI index of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment group had more significant efficacy.4.Brunnstrom graded hand function : The Brunnstrom level of the hands of patients in the two groups both changed significantly after treatment,and the proportion of patients in each level was significantly adjusted,and the overall level tended to be higher,with a significant difference(p<0.05).after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the changes and curative effect in the treatment group were more significant.Conclusion: Both Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training and Pure rehabilitation training group have some effect on Upper extremity facet joint dysfunction after stroke.Method Acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of Upper extremity facet joint dysfunction after stroke in sequela phase,which can significantly improve FMA score,MBI index,Brunnstrom score of the hand,and can effectively improve the function of the patients' upper extremity facet joints.
