Clinical Research Of Modified Qingxinlianziyin On Pediatric Isolated Hematuria Of Qi-yin Deficiency Pattern

Objective: This article aims to compare the clinical symptoms of the treatment of children with solitary hematuria and Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome,the improvement of urinary red blood cell number,the change of renal function and the recurrence rate.The ratio of the situation to verify the effectiveness of Modified Qingxinlianziyin,and Provide research basis for the future of YiqiYangyin method in the treatment of isolated hematuria in children.Method: Sixty patients with isolated hematuria were collected from pediatric outpatient clinic and ward of our hospital.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with modified Qingxin Lianzi Yin and the control group was treated with Rehmannia glutinoside capsule for 8 weeks and followed up for 4 months.The changes of symptoms,renal function,urinary erythrocyte count and recurrence of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated.Result: At the end of the course of treatment,28 Patients in each of the experimental and control groups who met the requirements and achieved the desired goals.(1)Total curative effect analysis: Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.14%,and that of the control group was 57.14%(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the overall curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparisons within the groups: The two groups were compared in terms of TCM symptom score,total score before and after treatment and improvement of urinary red blood cell count.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It showed that the two groups of drugs could achieve good effect in alleviating and improving TCM clinical symptoms of isolatedhematuria in children.(3)Comparison between the two groups after treatment: The difference between the two groups in improving TCM symptoms,signs and reducing recurrence rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of improving syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;after treatment,the difference in urinary red blood cell count between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing urinary red blood cell count.Conclusion: 1.Modified Qingxin Lianzi Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of isolated hematuria in children with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the efficiency of the experimental group is better than that of the control group of total glycosides of Rehmannia glutinosa capsule.2.Using modified Qingxin Lianzi Decoction to treat isolated hematuria in children can effectively reduce the number of red blood cells in urine and the number of red blood cells in urine sediment.3.The recurrence rate of the experimental group taking modified Qingxin Lianzi Yin was lower than that of the control group taking Rehmannia glutinoside capsule.
