OBJECTIVE: Patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)underwent emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and received standard treatment with triamed glycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and high-density fat.Changes in protein(HDL)levels,as well as low-density lipoprotein(LDL)compliance(refer to the reference range used by our laboratory test reagents),to understand the effect of Xiaoyao Powder on lipid-lowering effects in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,The new ideas for strengthening lipid-lowering are based on theory and science.Methods The selected cases were randomly diagnosed as ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and implanted with drug-eluting stents in our hospital from August to May 2018,2017.They were randomly divided into control group(aspirin 100 mg qd).,clopidogrel 75 mg qd,benazepril 5mg qd,bisoprolol fumarate tablets 5mg qd,atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg qn,25 cases)and the experimental group(based on the control group plus Xiaoyao San flavor,25 cases),measured the values of fasting triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),low density lipid after 4 weeks and 12 weeks respectively.The achievement of protein and the improvement of TCM symptoms were evaluated by evaluating the presence or absence of creatine kinase(CK),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT).Results(1)The values of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and high-density lipoprotein in 50 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were found to have different degrees of elevation in the first three patients,and HDL was present.Reduce the trend.(2)After four weeks,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,liver and kidney function,and creatine kinase were measured again.RESULTS: There were significant differences in TC and LDL between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).HDL increased,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)After twelve weeks,the triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and liver and kidney function,and creatine kinase were measured in 50 patients.The results showed that both groups had lower TC and LDL,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The LDL compliance rate was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of the control group were similar to those after four weeks of treatment.The basis of the test group was further reduced after four weeks of treatment;the HDL group increased,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).And the test group is superior to the control group.(4)According to the evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy criteria,the total effective rate of symptom improvement in the experimental group was 100%,and the total effective rate of symptom improvement in the control group was 96%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Four weeks after standard treatment combined with Xiaoyao Sanwei,TC and LDL decreased,but there was no statistical difference,TG decreased,HDL increased and there was statistical difference.After 12 weeks,TG,TC,LDL,HDL and LDL reached the standard rate.Statistical differences showed that the standard treatment of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment was superior to standard treatment for intensive lipid-lowering,and did not increase adverse events. |
