Objective:To study the related risk factors of anal adenogenic infectious diseases, including anal sinusitis, perianal abscess and anal fistula, and to discuss the possible mechanism of the related risk factors affecting the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases based on the current clinical data,so as to provide reference for the intervention of the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases and propaganda of related health knowledge. Methods:A hospital-based 1:1 matched case-control retrospective study was conducted in this study.200 adult patients diagnosed as anal adenogenic infectious diseases(including anal sinusitis, perianal abscess and anal fistula)in The Anorectal Department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 14,2018 to February 13,2019 were selected as case group.200 residents of the same sex and within 3 years of age who visited the anorectal department, the physical examination center and the patient's family members in the same period were selected as the control group.Through a one-to-one face-to-face questionnaire, the investigators cooperated with the respondents truthfully fill out the questionnaire, and collect the basic data(mainly education level, height and weight),working conditions(mainly occupation, working posture and working duration),living conditions(mainly diet, alcohol and tobacco habits and physical exercise),defecation conditions(mainly including defecation frequency and defecation shape),personal history(mainly the history of anus swelling, blood sugar control),and health knowledge of anal adenogenic infectious diseases(anal sinusitis, perianal abscess and anal fistula),etc. After sorting out the questionnaires,SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the data. The counting data were described by sample frequency percentage.Independent sample chi-square test or paired chi-square test were used for comparison between groups. The ratio ratio(OR)and 95% confidence interval(95% CI)of OR were calculated. The test level alpha was 0.05.,and the difference was statistically significant with P < 0.05.Results:A total of 192 pairs of questionnaires(384 copies)were validated in this study.Statistical analysis revealed that the subjects' educational level and obesity(OR=2.491),occupational and working posture, intake of vegetable, fruit and spicy food,smoking(OR=1.384),alcohol consumption(OR=1.663),less physical exercise(OR=1.5),defecation frequency and stool shape, stool abnormality, mental and psychological factors, anal flatulence(OR=2.391),and poor control of blood sugar(OR=2.866)are related to the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases.Conclusion:Obesity(BMI?25kg/m2),educational level, working posture, living habits, stool condition, mental and psychological factors, personal history and other factors can affect the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases.Among them, obesity, low educational level, single working mode of long sitting and standing posture, bad living habits(spicy diet, smoking, drinking and a little exercise),stool abnormalities(mainly changes in stool frequency or shape),high mental and psychological pressure, poor personal blood sugar control,long-term anal prolapse and so on may be the risk factors; While moderate adherence to physical exercise, good intake of vegetables and fruits, good defecation habits, good mood, good control of blood sugar level, and timely treatment of anal flatulence may be protective factors for the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases. For sex hormone,it may affect the physiological function of anal gland and lead to the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases. At present, residents have a poor understanding of anal adenogenic infectious disease(anal sinusitis, perianal abscess, anal fistula). In the future, the media and other measures can be taken to strengthen the popularization of knowledge about anal and intestinal diseases and enhance the residents' awareness of disease prevention and treatment. At the same time, doctors should strengthen their knowledge of anal adenogenic infectious diseases and make timely diagnosis and treatment so as to interfere the occurrence and development of anal adenogenic infectious diseases.
