Objective:By collecting myopia and normal human TCM constitution,retinal arteriovenous diameter,axial length,study The characteristics of retinal vessel diameter and axial length in normal and myopia patients with different TCM constitution.Methods:(1)73 cases of myopia,20 cases of normal group,all right eyes were included in the study;(2)Use the "TCM constitution judgment table" judge;(3)collecting the right eye axial length and retinal arteriovenous diameter;(4)Analyze data using SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software.Results:(1)There was no difference in the constitutional ratio of myopia,and normal group(P>0.05);The highest incidence of myopia is peaceful constitution,followed by Phlegm-dampness constitution and yang deficiency constitution;(2)CRAE: The myopia group(92.83±7.86)was lower than the normal myopia group(100.43±6.52),and the difference was significant difference(P<0.01);(3)Different quadrant equivalent arterial diameter:ST: normal group(106.10±18.48)was lower than the height myopia group(96.54±11.85),SN:The high myopia group(82.88±12.92)was lower than the normal group(91.63±9.86),IT :Low myopia group(102.73±18.91)? moderate myopia group(98.56±16.72)? high myopia group(99.11±11.76)lower than normal group(113.10±10.21),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)CRVE: The myopia group(117.72±7.90)was lower than the normal group(123.69±11.28),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Different quadrant equivalent venous diameter : SN:The moderate myopia group(99.63±16.68)and the high myopia group(96.66±12.90)were lower than the normal group(112.44±13.45),SN: The high myopia group(96.66±12.90)was lower than the low myopia group(105.24±17.14),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(6)AVR: There was no significant difference between the low myopia group(0.78±0.64)? the moderate myopia group(0.82±0.66)?the high myopia group(0.80±0.66)and the normal group(0.82±0.67)(P>0.05);(7)AL: High myopia group(25.32±0.87)>moderate myopia group(25.32±0.87)>lower myopia group(24.36±0.76)>normal group(23.54±0.80),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(8)the degree of myopia was significantly correlated with the CRAE?CRVE and AL(p<0.01);(10)CRVE:The phlegm-dampness constitution(121.30±5.89)and the peaceful constitution(119.08±8.03)were higher than the yang deficiency constitution(112.68±8.64),SN Venous diameter:Phlegm-dampness constitution(108.48±15.23)is higher than yang deficiency constitution(95.49±16.40),IN Venous diameter:The phlegm-dampness constitution(108.29±11.71)was higher than the yang deficiency constitution(95.25±11.35),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The highest incidence of myopia is peaceful constitution,followed by Phlegm-dampness constitution and yang deficiency constitution;2.Compared with normal people,the CRAE and CRVE of myopia patients are narrower;3.Compared with normal people,myopic patients have longer AL,and as the degree of myopia increases,the length of the AL increases;4.The AL is negatively correlated with the Vessel diameter.The longer of the axial length,the narrower of the Vessel diameter;5.the TCM constitution influence on the diameter of vessels.
