Objective:To obtain statistical data by collecting clinical data from patients with lung cancer surgery.Explore Bronchial blockers and Double Lumen endobronchial tube on the postoperative patients with lung cancer in the near future and long-term effects. Methods:Clinical data of 609 patients who underwent lung cancer resection in our hospital from 2015 to 2017(no distant metastasis occurred in preoperative CT,MRI,Ultrasound,Bone scan and other examinations)were collected.Local recurrence was defined as the recurrence of the patients'bronchial stump, hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, while the new lesions in other parts were defined as distant metastasis.Statistical analysis was performed using spss21.0,non-continuous data were analyzed by?~2 test, and continuous data were analyzed by T test.Survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method,Long-rank test, and multivariate prognostic analysis using Cox model.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Basic situation:268 cases in BB group and 341 cases in DLT group. There were no significant differences in gender, age,BMI,surgical procedure, surgical site, tumor location, tumor histology type, pathological stage, and treatment pattern between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in postoperative hospital stay between BB group and DLT group(P>0.05).3.Postoperative chest radiographs of BB group and DLT group showed changes(pulmonary inflammation, exudation and consolidation):66 cases in BB group and 94 cases in DLT group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Postoperative complications in BB group and DLT group:pulmonary atelectasis and pulmonary infection were not statistically different(P>0.05).5.Long-term effects of BB and DLT:postoperative K-M single factor,COX multivariate survival analysis showed no significant difference in DFS and OS(P>0.05).The independent factors affecting DFS were Clinical pathological stage and Gender(P<0.05).The independent factors affecting OS were Clinical Pathological stage,Gender,Treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.There was no significant difference in the short-term complications,long-term metastasis and recurrence, and survival time between the Bronchial blockers and Double Lumen endobronchial tube.Bronchial blockers can be safely used in single lung ventilation for thoracic surgery.2.Tumor pathological stage and gender were independent risk factors for DFS.3.Tumor pathological stage, gender and treatment mode were indepe-ndent risk factors for OS.
