Objective: Meningeal carcinomatosis(MC),also known as cancerous meningitis,occurs in the advanced stage of the tumor and is characterized by rapid and progressive neurological malignancy.The goal of treat cancerous meningitis is to improve neurological function and improve quality of life,to prolong the patient's survival.This article analyzes the clinical data of 6 cases of breast cancer meningeal metastases admitted to our hospital,analyzes its clinical features,imaging examination,cerebrospinal fluid cytology,and improves the understanding of meningeal metastasis of breast cancer.Methods: Six patients with breast cancer meningeal metastases diagnosed in our hospital from March to May 2018 were collected.The clinical manifestations of all patients were analyzed,including the onset age,past history,initial symptoms,clinical symptoms and signs,and treatment plan.And check to observe the prognosis of the patient.Results:1.Pathological immunohistochemistry was performed in 5 of 6 patients,including 1 HER2 positive,2 hormone receptor positive,and 2 triple negative breast cancer.2.HER2-positive patients had a high initial KPS score and received regular chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,and intrathecal injection for a longer survival period.3.In 2 patients with hormone receptor-positive patients,patients with low initial KPS received a regular comprehensive treatment,and their survival was shorter than those with higher KPS scores.
