Objective:Systematic analysis of the clinical efficacy, clinical safety, adverse reactions and the incidence of complications of intraperitoneal injection of remitrexel for the recurrence of colorectal cancer after operation is made, which can provide practical experience for the prevention of recurrence of colorectal cancer in the future. Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,90 patients with colorectal cancer(advanced stage)preoperative diagnosed of?period in the second Department of surgery of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Province were selected by random sampling.Among them,56 were males and 34 were females. The age distribution was 46-79 years, with an average age of 56.5+20.7 years.According to the principle of odd and even number random grouping, the 90cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group was 45 cases. The experimental group was treated with radical surgery combined with intraoperative intraperitoneal infusion of remitrexel, while the control group was treated with radical surgery combined with intraoperative intraperitoneal infusion of saline. The general data of the two groups included:in the experimental group,29 cases were males and 16 cases were females. The age distribution was47-79 years old, with an average age of 55.9+19.8 years. In the control group,27 were males and 18 were females. The age distribution ranged from 46 to 78years,with an average age of 56.8+20.9 years. After analysis, there was no significant difference in general information and severity between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reactions, dizziness, fatigue and other systemic symptoms),anastomotic recurrence and incision infection were observed and analyzed. Before and 3 days after the operation, blood samples were taken from the two groups to detect blood routine, liver and kidney function and coagulation function. The blood analysis, liver function, kidney function, blood coagulation function and the changes of CEA and CA 19-9 were examined three months after operation. All the subjects were examined by CT or MRI and enteroscopy for local recovery of cancer.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistical analysis and T-test were used to analyze the parameters of 90 cases of colorectal cancer recurrence treated by intraperitoneal injection of Retitroxel. In order to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve the accuracy of the study, the clinical data collected by each subject were measured three times, and finally the average value was calculated.Setting P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:1.The occurrence of adverse reactions after operation in two groups of subjects. The experimental group and the control group were treated in hospital after radical operation for colorectal cancer.During the hospitalization period, the two groups had different degrees of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other digestive tract symptoms, and systemic reactions such as low fever, dizziness and fatigue. After positive symptomatic treatment, the adverse reactions of the two groups were alleviated. There was no significant difference in the incidence and severity of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The occurrence of complications after operation in two groups of subjects.During hospitalization, incision infection, pulmonary infection and anastomotic leakage occurred in both groups. After active treatment, the above complications in both groups were recovered. The incidence of complications was 13.33%in the experimental group and 15.56%in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(X~2=1.657,P=0.264).3.Comparative analysis of blood biochemical indexes after operation between two groups. On the third day after operation, the blood biochemical indexes of the two groups were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in WBC,HGB,ALT,CEA and PTL between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Contrastive analysis of exhaust time and hospitalization time between the two groups.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the time of exhaust after operation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the time of hospitalization between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).5.A comparative analysis of blood tumor markers in two groups three months after operation.Three months after operation, the blood samples of the two groups were collected to analyze the content of tumor markers. The results showed that the CEA content in the blood of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=10.267,P=0.008),and the CA19-9 content in the blood of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was significant(t=15.378,P=0.000).6.Analysis of recurrence rate and short-term survival rate of the two groups at three months after operation.Three months after the operation, two groups of subjects were examined by whole abdominal CT and enteroscopy to determine whether there was local recurrence or distant metastasis. The results showed that the local recurrence rate was 2.22%in the experimental group and 6.66%in the control group. There was significant difference in the local recurrence rate between the two groups(X~2=6.147,P=0.024);the distant metastasis rate was 2.22%in the experimental group and 6.66%in the control group. There was significant difference in the distant metastasis rate between the two groups(X~2=9.753,P=0.024).The short-term overall survival rate was 100.00% in the experimental group and 95.56%in the control group. There was a significant difference in the short-term overall survival rate between the two groups(X~2=4.379,P=0.039).Conclusions:1.Retitroxel intraperitoneal injection can effectively prevent recent local recurrence and distant metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer.2.There are no significant adverse reactions and complications after intraperitoneal injection of Retitroxel.3.Retitroxel intraperitoneal injection has no significant effect on blood coagulation, liver function and bone marrow hematopoietic function.4.Retitroxel intraperitoneal injection can effectively reduce the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in blood of patients.
