| The technology of Stereotactic radiotherapy has been used more and more because of its’ characteristics of high dose and high accuracy.However,in the practical application of most domestic hospitals,there are many problems such as too much equipment,complicated operation,low work efficiency,easy to make mistakes and easy to cause medical accidents.Aiming at these problems,this thesis designs and implements a radiotherapy integrated control software by a service-oriented architecture through data integration,business integration and interface integration,and all of the works are based on the analysis of the working process of the domestic hospitals which are using stereotactic radiotherapy technology.This thesis mainly includes the following parts:This thesis first make a system requirements analysis of the work process,potential problems and development prospects from the hospitals which use stereotactic radiotherapy to provide clinical treatment,and then design the overall system architecture and data structure,and the system is divided into five modules: data import,schedule arrangement,patient selection,clinical treatment and data management;Then,the detailed design and realization scheme of each module of the system is emphatically discussed.The data structure and interface are designed based on medical digital image and communication file standards,and be achieved with SQL Server database at the same time.The control of the devices is designed by the technology of WCF.The results of the deployment test show that the stereotactic radiotherapy system integrated control software can achieve the desired goals,and effectively reduce the errors in the treatment process and improve the efficiency of stereotactic radiotherapy. |
