| Objective:This study aims to determine the effect of paiteling by placing a vaginal stump on the outcome of HR-HPV infection after hysterectomy for HSIL.Research Object and Methods:From January 2015 to October 2017,56 patients in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were enrolled in the study. These patients underwent the complete hysterectomy due to HSIL and postoperative HR-HPV infection in two follow-up visits(3 months after surgery,6 months after surgery).Analyze the general condition of the patient and the analysis included:age, gravidity, parity,HPV subtype,TCT,VAIN,the cervical epithelial gland is involved or not,the level of cervical lesions, the method of the complete hysterectomy and so on.These patients were divided into groups, according to patient’s preference. There were 22 patients in the paiteling group, while there were 34 patients in the control group.Patients in the paiteling group were given a drug treatment with paiteling, and patients in the control group were observed and followed up without treatment. At the end of the 1st and 6th month,TCT and HPV were reviewed to determine the changes in HR-HPV and its complications. The negative conversion rates of these two groups were observed.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of age, gravidity, parity, primary sexual age, number of sexual partners, the cervical epithelial gland is involved or not,the level of cervical lesions, the method of the complete hysterectomy, and the level of smoking or not.2.At the 1st month after treatment,HPV negative rates were 81.82%and 29.41%in the paiteling group and control group,respectively(x~2=14.674,P<0.05).In the 6th month, the rate of HPV negative conversion was 86.36%in the paiteling group and55.88%in the control group(x~2=5.690,P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, and patients in paiteling group had no obvious adverse reactions.3.The rates of HPV16/18 negative conversion were 66.67%和77.78%respectively in the paiteling group at the 1st month and the 6th month after treatmentConclusion:Paiteling irrigation at the vaginal stump can accelerate the positive-to-negative conversion of HR-HPV infection after panhysterectomy for HSIL. |
