Du Sijing’s "Jishengbacui"text Research

Jisheng Piao is widely known as the first series of Chinese medicine books,but there are few authors and related studies on this book.To clarify the naming,edition change,subheading origin,compilation thought,compilation style and academic influence of Jishengbacui,and to provide convenience for further study and study of Jishengbacui or the classics of Yishui School.Taking Jisheng Beijie as a whole,we can sort out its standard of excerpts and textual changes,clarify the classics of Yishui School,and summarize Du Sijing’s understanding of Yishui School and even the whole medicine of the late Jin and early Yuan Dynasty.Guided by traditional philological methods(including bibliography,edition,collation and annotation),combined with the characteristics of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper conducts relevant academic research on Du Sijing and his text Jisheng Pick-up.Refer to the relevant books of Jishengbacui,especially the works of Jin and Yuan doctors,and make preliminary annotations,inductions and sorting out.This paper identifies Du Sijing’s Jisheng Pick-up from the following six parts: "Du Sijing’s Life,Family,Teacher’s Inheritance and Recording Examination","The Background of Jisheng Pick-up","The Naming and Version Origin Examination of Du Sijing’s Jisheng Pick-up","Text Excerpt Examination of Du Sijing’s Jisheng Pick-up","Subbibliographic Literature Research of Jisheng Pick-up","Analysis of the Academic Value of Du Sijing’s Jisheng Pick-up".Based on the similarities and differences of historical documents and facts in Shengzhi,the authenticity and falsity of the historical research materials of the characters involved in Jishengzhi are distinguished from the right and wrong,and the relevant historical materials are tested in order to infer and verify the phenomena and conclusions closer to the historical truth.Jishengbacui is the earliest collection of academic works of Zhang Yuansu,his father and son and his apprentices,and a series of books reflecting the academic thoughts of the Yi Shui School.It is of great significance to the dissemination,preservation and revision of Jin Yuan’s medical books.Du Sijing’s publication and republishment of Jisheng Pick-up saved many medical classics of Yishui School and spread them from the north to the south,which promoted the development,evolution and academic inheritance of Yishui School.Second,the compilation style of acupuncture and moxibustion,the second pulse method and the latter medicine,which integrated various branches of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,highlighted the idea of comprehensive application of multi-methods in clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.It embodies Du Sijing’s comprehensive understanding of the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine at that time.It can also be regarded as an important collation and compilation of the works of Yi Shui School.To sum up,Du Sijing’s excerpts of Jisheng Pioneer,under the influence of Xu Heng,his teacher,focused on his medical understanding at that time,and formed a comprehensive clinical medical work based on the school of Yi Shui.Due to the limited time,the research focuses on the text changes,excerpts and the comparison of different texts of 19 medical books in the sub-catalogue of Jisheng Pickling.On this basis,this paper re-explores Du Sijing’s excerpts of Jisheng Pickling.Therefore,there are still a lot of references and too few personal opinions in the paper.For the academic thought contained in Jisheng Piao Piao is not perfect,and there are some shortcomings in data search,such as the system of ancient books of doctors and medical officials in Yuan Dynasty,which could have been referred to in Yuan Dynasty,but could not be examined.On this basis,we can also sort out the changes of the classics of the school of combining acupuncture with medicine,the relationship between the technicians and politics in the late Jin Dynasty and the early Yuan Dynasty,and the regional changes of the academic thought of the school of Yi Shui.
