The rapid advancement of society,the rapid development of cities,the increasing trend of population aging,and the obvious improvement of medical technology,so that people are more and more concerned about their own health.In view of the above hot issues,this paper proposes the detection of moving targets by UWB short-range radar,and UWB radar has great influence on the detection of vital information in the field of non-contact detection because of its strong penetrating ability and high range resolution.Therefore,this article discusses the most important feature information for human health,the most relevant of which is breathing and heartbeat.In addition,real-time detection of patients who need treatment and patients with diseases in the family is of great importance.Firstly,the realization process of UWB short-range radar is described.According to the object we need to detect,the model of UWB radar echo signal is proposed.In-depth study of the system's hardware NVA-R661 radar development kit and the process of collecting echo signals.Secondly,the processing of echo signals is divided into three parts,including preprocessing,detection and identification of echo signals.For the preprocessing of echo signals,the methods used are threshold processing and background elimination;for the detection of echo signals,the methods used are wavelet transform,Radon transform and Hough transform;for the identification of echo signals,The methods are empirical mode decomposition(EMD)algorithm,variational mode decomposition(VMD)algorithm,multiple signal classification(MUSIC)algorithm and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT).Finally,in order to make the echo signal of UWB radar,the signal-to-noise ratio is high,and the false alarm rate is low,the method of suppressing clutter signal detection,the pulse accumulation in time domain and the constant false alarm rate(CFAR)detector are used.The detection of moving targets in different situations is discussed,which are indoor and outdoor environment,distance and different targets,and the above methods and algorithms are applied to the acquisition and simulation of echo signals.The experimental results show that the human target signal can be effectively recognized,which has the advantages of high resolution,strong anti-interference ability,and research and study on Radar Scope and MATLAB.
