[Objective] To analyze and compare the clinical effects of Ticagrelor Tablets and Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction by percutaneous coronary intervention.[Methods] 200 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction who agreed to be treated by direct PCI from December 2014 to December 2016 in the Cardiovascular Emergency Center of Tianjin Xiqing Hospital were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into Ticagrelor group(observation group,100 cases)and Clopidogrel group(control group,100 cases). All patients were given routine treatment, including control group. The patients in group A were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and clopidogrel before operation, while the patients in group B were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and Ticagrelor before operation. The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.[Results] After 1 week of treatment and 30 days of follow-up,the levels of PRU,PAR,hs-CRP,IL-6 and other inflammatory indicators in the two groups decreased, and the lowest extent was found in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After 30 days of follow-up,the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)After 30 days of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the incidence of major endpoint events, recurrent severe myocardial ischemia, major bleeding events and adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).[Conclusion] Ticagrelor are better than Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction by percutaneous coronary intervention. The former is beneficial to the improvement of antiplatelet aggregation function, the recovery of cardiac function and the alleviation of inflammatory reaction, without increasing the risk of bleeding, and has a good prognosis.
