Clinical Observation And Anti-inflammatory Effect Of Chaihuxiexin Decoction On Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:Treatment of 20 patients with reflux esophagitis with C haihu Xiexin Decoction,comparing the changes of symptoms before and a fter treatment,the situation of esophageal inflammation and the level s of inflammatory factors such as IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin serum,we e xplore the clinical efficacy of Chaihuxiexin Decoction in the treatme nt of reflux esophagitis,the relationship between reflux esophagitis and inflammatory factors,and the anti-inflammatory effect of Chaihu xiexin Decoction,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of re flux esophagitis.Methods:20 cases of healthy control group and 40 cases of reflux esophagitis were included.40 cases of reflux esophagitis were divide d into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).On t he premise of basic treatment,the observation group was treated with Chaihuxiexin Decoction combined with Lansoprazole Tablets,while the control group was treated with Lansoprazole Tablets,both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Inflammation and pathological changes of esopha geal mucosa were observed by electronic gastroscopy before and after treatment in the two groups.Serum levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αwe re measured by Elisa method before and after treatment in the two gro ups.Results:Compared with before treatment,both the control group an d the observation group could improve the damage of esophageal mucosa,and there were differences between the two groups in changing the pa thological degree of esophageal mucosa,The observation group was bet ter than the control group.(P < 0.05).In terms of the expression of i nflammatory factors,compared with the healthy control group,the lev els of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin the serum of the observation group an d the control group were significantly increased before treatment(P< 0.01).Compared with before treatment,the expression of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the expression of IL-1beta an d IL-8 in the control group also decreased significantly,but the eff ect of Chaihuxiexin Decoction combined with PPI on IL-1βand TNF-αin flammatory factors was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of clinical symptoms,the two groups can improve reflux s ymptoms compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),but for some sympt oms such as loose stool,epigastric distention,dry mouth and bitter mouth,the observation group has a more significant effect(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of follow-up in the observation group was lower(P < 0.05),and the long-term effect was obvious.Conclusion:Chaihuxiexin Decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence rate;In addition,Chaihuxiexin Decoctio n can alleviate the damage of esophageal mucosa in Reflux esophagitis,which may be related to Chaihuxiexin Decoction inhibiting the secret ion of inflammatory factors and controlling inflammatory reaction.
