Brain science is developing quickly in recent years and the study of neurovasculature unit is the basis of brain-related diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and stroke.To obtain the deep understanding of neurovasculature unit,high-resolution imaging technology is essential.The newly developed CLARITY technique showed superior performance in exploring high-resolution structure of tissues in brain.However,CLARITY is still at the start stage,especially on tissues images processing after CLARITY which requires a platform to process high-resolution neurovasculature unit images.We developed a platform includes a series of images processing algorithm for high-resolution neurovasculatre unit images.Specifically,we imaged mouse brain after CLARITY,customized Matlab code for processing and analysis of neurovasculatre unit images.Finally,we three dimensionally visualized the result using Amira.The platform mainly included cutting,histogram matching,brightness adjustment,filtering,morphological operation and automatic segmentation of images based on deep learning.Experiment results proved accuracy and usefulness of the platform and showed that microglia density along depth stays almost unchanged in two groups and microglia diffuses in 2vo group by comparing control and experiment groups.So we conclude that this platform can be effectively used in high-resolution images processing of mouse neurovasculature units after CLARITY which paves the way for related cross-field research.
