Objective 1To explore the relationship between serum E2 level and distribution before AIH and pregnancy outcome after AIH,and to analyze its clinical significance.2 To explore the correlation between the distribution and changes of serum beta-hCG and E2 levels and pregnancy outcomes 10 and 15 days after AIH operation,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 90 cases of patients who received AIH assisted pregnancy and IUI treatment in reproductive medicine center of our hospital due to infertility from May 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected.Among them,30 cases of biochemical pregnancy,early abortion and clinical single pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.The levels and changes of serum E2 on HCG injection day before IUI(or ovulation day without HCG injection)and serum beta-hcg and E2 on 10 d and 15 d after IUI were compared respectively to analyze their relationship with pregnancy outcome.Results 1 The mean value of E2 on HCG day(or ovulation day)before IUI in group C was higher than that in group D(P<0.05).2 Comparison of the mean serum beta-hcg levels in the three groups 10 d and 15 d after IUI showed extremely significant differences.10 d after IUI,> in group C(group B and group A)showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).15 d after surgery: > in group C,> in group B and group A,all with significant differences(P<0.05).3 The serum beta-hcg value of each group showed an upward trend 15 days after IUI compared with 10 days after IUI.The serum beta-hcg value of group C showed A rapid growth trend,while the serum beta-hcg value of group A and group B showed A slow growth,and the specific variation range was: > in group C,> in group B,group A,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).4 The serum E2 levels of group C at 10 d and 15 d after IUI were higher than those of group D,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparing the changes of serum E2 value at 10 d and 15 d after IUI,the serum E2 value of group C increased rapidly,while that of group D increased slowly.Conclusions 1 The serum E2 level in the clinical single pregnancy group before IUI was higher than that in the unhealthy pregnancy group,which might be helpful for predicting the pregnancy outcome after IUI.2 The distribution of serum beta-hCG and E2 levels in different pregnancy outcomes after IUI at the same time(10d or 15d)is different,which has reference value for clinical prediction of early pregnancy outcomes.3 After IUI,the serum levels of beta-hCG and E2 in the single pregnancy group increased rapidly,while those in the unhealthy pregnancy group increased slowly,which has guiding significance for the selection of clinical coping measures and treatment options.
