Clinical Analysis Of Allergic Rhinitis And Related Factors In Nasal Polyps In Baotou Area

Objective Through the analysis of clinical data of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)in Baotou area,the differences between chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps(CRSwNP)caused by perennial and seasonal AR and their gender,age and course of disease were investigated.In order to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of CRSwNP caused by AR.Methods 1150 patients with AR were studied by allergen test(in vitro test).(1)According to his medical history and sensitization source types,he was divided into perennial group and seasonal group.The difference of CRSwNP between the two groups of AR patients was compared.(2)According to the medical history of patients with nasal polyps found for the first time,the difference between the average course of CRSwNP induced by perennial and seasonal AR was compared.(3)Comparative analysis of the incidence of CRSwNP in patients with different gender AR.(4)Comparative analysis of the incidence of CRSwNP in patients with AR in different age groups.(5)Patients with AR were divided into intermittent group and continuous group according to the duration of symptoms.The differences in the incidence of CRSwNP between the two groups of AR patients were compared.Statistical analysis was performed using spss24.0 statistical software to compare differences between groups.Results(1)The incidence of CRSwNP in the perennial group was higher than that in the seasonal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The average duration of CRSwNP in the perennial group was(8.2±1.1)years,the seasongroup was(15.5 ± 3.2)years,and the perennial group was higher than the seasonal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the incidence of CRSwNP between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The incidence of CRSwNP in the young group and the middle-aged group was higher than that in the non-adult group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of CRSwNP between the young group and the middle-aged group(P>0.05).).(5)The incidence of CRSwNP in the continuous group was higher than that in the intermittent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the medical history and clear allergen species,predict the occurrence time and incidence of CRSwNP caused by different types of AR,and intervene in the treatment of AR as early as possible,in order to delay the onset time of CRSwNP and reduce the incidence of CRSwNP,so as to improve the health and quality of life of the relevant population..
