Part?Diabetes-associated pancreatic cancer ndnon-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer patients Postoperative survival analysisObject:Retrospective analysis of the difference in postoperative survival between diabetes-related pancreatic cancer and non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer.Method:Collection of 54 cases of pancreatic cancer diagnosed by surgery in the Hospital from 2015.01-2018.01.According to whether patients with pancreatic cancer are associated with type 2 diabetes(excluding type 1 diabetes, diabetic patients with autoimmune diseases, and gestational diabetes).Divided into diabetes-related pancreatic cancer group(n=28)and non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer group (n=26).The postoperative survival time(telephone follow-up)of the two groups was followed up.The obtained observation indexes were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0.Result:Inclusion in the study of postoperative survival in patients with diabetes-related pancreatic cancer(n=28)and non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer(n=26).The median survival of the diabetes-related pancreatic cancer group was 9.0months,and the median survival time of the non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer group was 19.0 months. The median survival time of non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer group was significantly higher than that of diabetes-related pancreatic cancer group,Logrank-X~2 was 10.058,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer with diabetes have shorter survival than patients without diabetes.Part ? Expression and clinical significance oflong non-coding RNA HOTAIR in diabetes-related pancreatic cancer and non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer.Object: To investigate the difference in expression level of long-chain non-coding RNA HOTAIR in diabetes-related and non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer tissues.Method:Collection of 51 clinical specimens of pancreatic cancer surgery admitted Hospital,Beijing Hospital and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hospital from 2017.01-2019.01.According to whether pancreatic cancer patients with diabetes(inclusion and exclusion criteria consistent with part ?)were divided into diabetes-related pancreatic cancer group(n=24),non-diabetic-related pancreatic cancer group(n=27).The expression of HOTAIR RNA in the clinical specimens of the two groups was detected by real-time quantitative PCR.The measurement data were expressed by((?)±s),and the samples were compared by independent sample t-test.The test level was statistically significant at P < 0.05.Result: The expression level of HOTAIR in the diabetes-related pancreatic cancer group was 0.64±0.16,and the expression level of HOTAIR in the non-diabetic-related pancreas group was 0.18±0.11.There was a significant difference in the expression levels of HOTAIR between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of HOTAIR is closely related to the presence of diabetes in patients with pancreatic cancer;2.HOTAIR may determine its postoperative survival by affecting whether patients with pancreatic cancer are associated with diabetes.
