Objectives By observing acupuncture hand held less Yin meridians related acupoints in cubital tunnel syndrome patients with mild-to-moderate cubital tunnel syndrome score function, neural electrophysiological evaluation standard, the little finger abdomen to identify sleep distance between change and the impact on the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, discusses hand held less Yin meridians related acupoints selected point acupuncture with mild-to-moderate cubital tunnel syndrome caused by some mechanism of sensory and motor dysfunction for clinical application and further study on hand held less Yin meridians related acupoints selected point acupuncture treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome provide objective theory and experimental basis. Methods According to Gu yudong's grading standard for cubital tunnel syndrome [1],60 patients with mild to moderate cubital tunnel syndrome who met the inclusion criteria of this study were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with vitamin B1,vitamin B6 and mecobalamine tablets.Control group 30 cases were given routine oral neurotrophic drug therapy.Patients in both groups were treated with a course of treatment of 10 days and a treatment period of 3 courses. After the end of the treatment, the changes in the indicators of cubital tunnel syndrome before and after the treatment such as functional score, neuroelectrophysiological evaluation,two-point differentiation of little finger and abdomen, and diagnosis and efficacy of TCM diseases and syndromes, were observed through outpatient follow-up,and the relevant clinical data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results 1 Completion: all the included cases were strictly screened according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Finally,60 patients with mild to moderate cubital tunnel syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study, with 30 patients in each treatment group and control group. All the 60 patients were followed up in clinic after the end of treatment, and the relevant clinical data were collected completely.2 General data: according to the analysis of SPSS22.0 statistical software, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in age, gender, course of disease, severity and degree of disease,as well as the two points of discrimination of the affected finger and abdomen(P>0.05),showing comparability.3 Before and after treatment of clinical healing efficacy comparison: according to the function of cubital tunnel syndrome evaluation criteria rating scale standard: treatment group(15 cases,10 cases,3 cases,2 cases, fine rate was 83%,the control group in 7 cases,10 cases were good,May 8,5 cases, fine rate was 57%,after statistics analysis, the function of two groups of patients with cubital tunnel syndrome score differences statistically significant(Z = 2.48,P = 0.01),and the treatment group is better than the control group.According to the evaluation results of the electrophysiological effect of peripheral nerve injury, the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 67%.After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.96 P=0.00),and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was 4.90±1.09 mm in the treatment group and 6.97±1.92 mm in the control group. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(Z=-4.43 P=0.00),and the improvement of the discrimination between the two groups was significantly better than that in the control group. Two groups of patients after treatment according to the standard, the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, including 13 cases of cure, improvement in 12 cases,5 cases were not cured, effectiveness 83.3%,control group cure in 5 cases, improvement in 15 cases,10 cases were not cured, effective rate was 66.7%,by statistical analysis software, two groups of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard comparison, difference was statistically significant(Z = 2.26,P = 0.02),and the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Conclusions 1 Acupuncture combined with oral neurotrophic drugs(treatment group)and oral neurotrophic drugs alone(control group)had certain clinical effects in relieving the abnormal hand sensation and motor function caused by mild to moderate cubital tunnel syndrome, and the treatment group was superior to the control group.2 Acupuncture on hand yangming shaoyin via relevant acupoints to treat mild and moderate cubital tunnel syndrome is characterized by simple acupoint selection, convenient operation and accurate curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.Figure0;Table13;Reference 135...
