Objective : analyze and compare the surgical advantages and disadvantages of ?-tricalcium phosphate bioceramics and vascularized iliac bone block in the treatment of early aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and the postoperative efficacy,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical work in the future.Methods: A total of 48 patients with early aseptic necrosis of femoral head admitted to the second hospital of tangshan city from June 2012 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with vascularized iliac bone block(25 cases,19 males and 6females).Age range 31-50 years old,average age 43.2 years old).Group B received minimally invasive surgical treatment with ?-tricalcium phosphate bioceramics(23 cases,18 males and 5 females,age range 35-50 years,average age 44.6 years).Clinical records of patients in the two groups were collected and statistical analysis software(SPSS19.0)was used.T test was used for measurement data,and chi-square test was used for counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Multiple items were recorded and compared,including gender,age,incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hip range of motion at 12 months and 24 months,and the difference in excellent and good rate of Harris score.By postoperative follow-up DR,CT examination and compared hip femoral head necrosis area size is improved,preoperative and postoperative patients with 12 months and 24 months of hip joint function in patients with hip function using Harris rating scale statistical situation,lower limb deformities(hip joint mobility,function and pain therapeutic evaluation)whether there is a significant difference,evaluation of curative effect.Results : After statistical analysis,the incision length,intraoperative blood loss and operation time of group B were all better than group A,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.Harris hip function score group B was superior to group A at 12 months after surgery,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.However,the excellent and good rate of Harris hip function score group B was not significantly superior to group A at 24 months after surgery,P >0.05,which was not statistically significant.Conclusion:?-tricalcium phosphate bioceramics has the advantages of simple operation,less damage,less bleeding and faster recovery than vascularized iliac crest bone block in the treatment of early aseptic necrosis of the femoral head,but the recovery of hip joint function 24 months after surgery has no significant advantages over vascularized iliac crest bone block in the treatment of early aseptic necrosis of the femoral head.Figure [15];Table [4];Reference [25]...
