Objectives This study used the RRE-90 score in combination with serum-related inflammatory markers soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),Fibrinogen(FIB),and Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),assess the recurrence of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease, timely identification of high-risk populations for the development and recurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, clear focus of prevention, provide a basis for treatment options, prognosis and effective prevention of patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Continuous selection of 400 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our department of neurology from November 2016 to October 2018 as subjects, and followed up for 90 days, select patients with recurrent cerebral infarction as case group, patients without recurrence were in the control group;RRE-90 score in patients with cerebral infarction, simultaneous detection of serum-related inflammatory markers sCD40 L,Lp-PLA2,FIB,hs-CRP levels.Comparison of case scores and serum-related inflammatory markers in the case group and the control group, predictive value of analysis score combined with serum-related inflammatory markers for recurrence in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 90 days.Statistical methods Statistical analysis of research data using statistical software SPSS 22.0,The measurement data were expressed as mean standard deviation((?)± s),comparison between the two groups by t test,c2 test was used for counting data,ROC curve was used for correlation analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 1 Of the 400 patients with acute cerebral infarction,8 were lost to follow-up,and392 cases were included in the final analysis.Among them,64 cases were relapsed and328 cases were non-relapsed.2 Comparing the RRE-90 scores of the case group and the control group, the above scores of the case group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);comparing the sCD40 L,Lp-PLA2,FIB,hsCRP biomarkers of the case group and the control group, the above-mentioned inflammatory markers of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The results showed that the recurrence rate of acute cerebral infarction was still correlated with RRE-90 score and plasma sCD40 L,LpPLA2,FIB hs-CRP levels(OR=8.732,10.312,6.216,3.076,2.485,95%CI are4.583~19.512,6.145~20.268,3.156~13.372,1.466~5.032,2.357~12.212,respectively).3RRE-90 score,sCD40 L and Lp-PLA2 were used as test variables, and whether or not the patients with acute cerebral infarction recurred was used as state variable to fit ROC curve. The predictive value of RRE-90 score,sCD40 L and Lp-PLA2 for recurrence of acute cerebral infarction was evaluated. The results showed that the sensitivity and specificity of RRE-90 score combined with blood sCD40 L and Lp-PLA2 were 89.2% and 87.4%.Conclusions 1 Serum sCD40 L,lp-pla2,FIB and hs-crp levels were associated with the recurrence of acute cerebral infarction.2 On the basis of RRE-90 score, combined application of serum sCD40 L and Lp-pla2 can improve the prediction of recurrence in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Figure 1;Table 8;Reference 207...
