Research objectives:Focusing on the health belief model, this study constructed a health belief scale tabulation for cervical cancer prevention among women of reproductive age in communities and made relating questionnaires for it.It selected communities in Hangzhou for empirical research and took women of reproductive age as the survey objects. The study is aimed to understand the current situation of awareness, attitude, behavior and health belief of cervical cancer prevention among women of reproductive age in communities and to explore the main influencing factors of cervical cancer prevention behavior, which can provide theoretical basis for the promotion and popularization of cervical cancer prevention behavior and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the health education activity and the popularization of the preventive health care knowledge carried out in the community.Research method:This study comprehensively adopted many research method, such as Literature review, thematic group discussion, interview survey, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistical analysis and so on.We adopted stratified sampling method to select three districts in the main urban area of Hangzhou. And two communities were randomly selected in each district.A certain number of women of reproductive age were randomly intercepted in the communities for questionnaire survey, and a total of677 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey used SPSS20.0 to conduct statistical analysis on the sample data and conducted descriptive analysis on the health belief and cervical cancer prevention related cognition, attitude and behavior of women of reproductive age.Meantime, the survey used regression analysis to explore the main influencing factors of cervical cancer prevention behavior of women of reproductive age.Research Results:1.The health beliefs scale tabulation has a good reliability and validity, which is suitable for the health beliefs survey of cervical cancer prevention behavior among women of childbearing age.Cronbach's alpha coefficient of all dimensions of the scale is above 0.7.And the total cumulative explanatory variation was 65.595%.2.Through investigation, this study found that women of reproductive age in Hangzhou generally have a low cognition degree of cervical cancer related knowledge. As for knowledge acquisition, women attain knowledge mainly through internet.Meantime, they are lack of opportunities to acquire disease-related knowledge from community. In terms of attitude, the overall willingness rate of women in this survey to adopt cervical cancer prevention behaviors is relatively high. And they prefer to screen than receive the HPV vaccine. In terms of preventive behavior, the overall utilization rate of cervical cancer prevention measures for women of reproductive age in Hangzhou is relatively low.3.In addition to susceptibility cognition and barrier cognition, the scores of health information among women of reproductive age in all dimensions and the total mean score of the scale were all higher than the theoretical mean score and above the average level. Many factors contribute to the scores of cervical cancer prevention health belief among women of childbearing age, such as different occupations, family monthly income per capita, marital status, age, residence, education level, cervical disease history of relatives and friends, access to health knowledge, cervical cancer related knowledge cognition and health education level and so on.4.Cervical cancer screening rate and HPV vaccination rate of women of reproductive age are both relatively low. There are statistically significant differences in cervical cancer prevention behaviors among women of reproductive age with different age, residence, occupation, education level, marital status, children's status, stage of sex education, cervical disease history and cervical cancer knowledge and cognition(P<0.05).5.Through binary logistic regression analysis,we discovered that it is awareness of severity, disordered cognition,self-efficacy,marital status, knowledge and cognition of cervical cancer as well as health education that influenced the cervical cancer prevention in women of reproductive age.Research conclusions:The utilization rate of cervical cancer prevention measures in community women of reproductive age in Hangzhou is relatively low.women of reproductive age and community as well as government should take measures to raise the awareness of reproductive prevention and health care among women of reproductive age and to facilitate the promotion and popularization of cervical cancer prevention behaviors.Meantime, from the perspective of health beliefs,we should also improve the health beliefs of women of reproductive age to raise their health care awareness, thus prepare well for the primary and secondary prevention of cervical cancer. And these variable account for 55.9% of variance in preventive behavior.
