| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and complications of endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue injection into the gastric varices in patients with cirrhosis and esophageal and gastric venous stenosis. Methods: From January 2015 to September 2016,151 patients with cirrhosis of the esophagogastric varices requiring secondary prevention were treated with endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue.According to statistical methods, they were randomly divided into observation group(76 people)and control group(75 people). The observation group was treated with endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue injection into gastric varicose veins, while the control group was treated with sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue.Injection into the gastric varicose vein + simple sclerotherapy injection of esophageal varices. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared after operation. Results: From January 2015 to September 2016,151 patients with cirrhosis of the esophagogastric varices requiring secondary prevention were treated with endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue.According to statistical methods, they were randomly divided into observation group(76 people)and control group(75 people). The observation group was treated with endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue injection into gastric varicose veins, while the control group was treated with sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue.Injection into the gastric varicose vein + simple sclerotherapy injection of esophageal varices. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared after operation.RESULTS: The observation group had no lower than the control group in the rebleeding rate and the incidence of esophageal stenosis. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group in the fever, retrosternal pain and esophageal ulcer was significantly lower than the control group, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Endoscopic sclerotherapy combined with tissue glue in patients with cirrhosis of esophagogastric varices, the two groups of methods are equivalent, but only injected into the fundus vein than the injection of esophagus + gastric fundus in the complications are more advantageous. |
