Clinical Analysis Of Vascular Complications After Renal Transplantation

Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations,diagnosis characteristics and prognosis of vascular related complications during and after renal transplantation.Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and follow-up observation of 10 patients with vascular complications after renal transplantation in our department,comb ined with domestic and foreign reports,analysis of risk factors and development of vascular complications after renal transplantation.All the 10 patients received first kidney transplantation and DCD donor kidney.Among them,2 cases were intraoperative vascular rupture,3 cases were renal artery stenosis,and 2 cases were renal artery pseudoaneurysm,3 cases were transplanted renal artery thrombosis.Result: The renal function of the renal artery stenosis was normal after interventional stenosis.The restenosis was not found and the renal function was normal.Two cases of intraoperative external iliac vascular rupture: one case received intraoperative artificial blood vessel transplantation,and the other case received allogeneic blood vessel transplantation,which returned to normal after surgery and no abnormalities in lower limb movement;2 cases of renal artery pseudoaneurysm undergone transplantation kidney failure,transplant nephrectomy and patients resumed dialysis treatment;Three patients of transplanted kidney Thrombosis was performed by nephrectomy and secondary transplantation.Conclusion: Although the incidence of vascular complications related to renal transplantation is low,but the consequences are serious,the mechanism related to multiple factors.Patients with postoperative renal dysfunction should think about vascular complications,interventional therapy and vascular surgery in vascular complications plays a major role in vascular complications.The timely diagnosis and treatment of vascular complications can obtain good therapeutic results.
