| Cervical lymphangioma is a kind of congenital lymphatic malformation,which can grow rapidly with infection,trauma or bleeding,resulting in facial changes and serious breathing,swallowing and speech disorders.Clinically,there are many diagnostic methods for the disease,which can basically complete the localization and qualitative diagnosis before treatment.Because of its infiltration and difficult to distinguish from adjacent normal tissue and the important structure of head and neck,simple surgical resection becomes difficult.There are many methods used in the clinical treatment of cervical lymphangioma,among which surgical resection and sclerotherapy are the two main treatment methods.Here,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical lymphangioma will be reviewed and discussed. |
