ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of D value in intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions by meta-analysis.MethodsWe search for Pubmed,Embase,Springer,Wiley,CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang database from their inception to May 2018 to select diagnostic studies concerning differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and drew on QUADAS-2 for quality assessment, relevant information was extracted.Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 14.0 and Meta-disc 1.4software.ResultsA total of 11 articles were included, and the total number of lesions was 1,050.The D value was used to identify the combined sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, diagnostictest odds ratio, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were 95%(95%CI:92%~97%),86%(95%CI:80%~90%),6.8(95%CI:4.6~9.9),0.05(95%CI:0.03~0.10),127(95%CI:55~291),0.96(95%CI:0.94~0.97).The D value suggested 86% posterior malignant rate of malignant liver lesions, and 5% malignant rate of benign liver lesions.Meta-regression and subgroup analysis revealed whether the included study contained cysts as a heterogeneous source(P<0.05).The Deeks test showed that there was no published bias in the included studies.ConclusionThe D value in IVIM has high diagnostic value for liver lesions.
