Objective :To explore the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)combined with epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs)for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total 153 NSCLC patients with EGFR mutation were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group(92cases)take EGFR-TKIs plus TCM and control group(61 cases)take EGFR-TKIs.Analysis the treatment efficacy, such as Progression free survival(PFS)and Disease control rate(DCR),and adverse reactions. Results:The mPFS of treatment group and control group was 11 months and 8.5 months respectively(P=0.007).Disease control rate(DCR)in treatment group was 90.0% and 83.33% in control group(P=0.219),.Treatment-related adverse events of two groups were no statistical significance. Conclusion:For NSCLC patients with EGFR mutation,TCM combined with EGFR-TKIs has a certain effect on disease control and prolong PFS.
