Objective: To study the occurrence of duodenogastric reflux in patients with gallstones. Methods: Totally 35 cases of gallstone patients confirmed by ultrasonograph y and 25 cases of duodenogastric reflux patients diagnosed by endoscopy who treate d in both the gastroenterology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Univer sity of Science and Technology and the general internal medicine clinic of Ruzho u Orthopaedic Hospital from June,2017 to May,2018 were recruited as experiment al group and control group A,respectively. In the meantime,26 cases of healthy ad ults with normal results of color ultrasound screening were selected as control grou p B.Color Doppler ultrasonography was proceeded in all of the experimental subjec ts.The severity degree of duodenogastric reflux was evaluated by the incidence of reflux, the number of reflux episode, reflux strength and reflux index. The differen ces between observation group and control group A as well as control group B in th e number of reflux episode, reflux strength and reflux index were observed and com pared, and then analyze the difference in the occurrence of duodenogastric reflux i n the patients with gallstone.Results:1.The experimental group was compared with the control group 1: the incidence of reflux was 97.14% vs.80%(P=0.029),the number of reflux was(9.20±2.64)vs.(5.72±3.12),the reflux intensity(cm)was(2.75±0.63)vs.(1.90±1.03),and the reflux index was(26.13±8.69)vs.(13.77±8.31),the number of reflux, the reflux intensity and the reflux index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group 1(both P<0.001);2.The experimental group was compared with the control group 2: the incidence of reflux was 97.14% vs.80.77%(P=0.034),the number of reflux was(9.20±2.64)vs.(1.81±1.30),the reflux intensity(cm)was(2.75±0.63)vs.(0.85±0.53),and the reflux index was(26.13±8.69)vs.(2.03±1.78),the number of reflux, the reflux intensity and the reflux index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group 2(both P<0.001);3.The control group 1 was compared with the control group 2: the incidence of reflux was 80% vs.80.77%(P=0.945),the number of reflux was(5.72±3.12)vs.(1.81±1.30),the reflux intensity(cm)was(1.90±1.03)vs.(0.85±0.53),and the reflux index was(13.77±8.31)vs.(2.03±1.78),the number of reflux, the reflux intensity and the reflux index of the control group 1 were significantly higher than those of the control group 2(both P<0.001).Conclusions:1.the duodenogastric reflux in patients with cholecystolithiasis, and found that the number of times of duodenogastric reflux in patients with cholecystolithiasis. The reflux intensity and reflux index were significantly higher in patients with duodenal and gastric reflux diagnosed by endoscopy as well as in healthy adults.2.Compared with healthy adults, the incidence of duodenal gastric reflux(DGR)in patients, who were diagnosed with DGR by endoscopy,is basically the same on ultrasound examination, but the severity of DGR is obviously different. It indicated that endoscopic diagnosis of DGR,although of clinical significance,is not highly sensitive.
