| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the concentration of vitamin A and vitamin E and preeclampsia and the fluctuation range of vitamin A and vitamin E in healthy pregnant women.Materials and Methods: Collected from March 1st,2018 to February 28 th,2019,in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University(Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital),the normal perinatal care was compared with the serum vitamin A and vitamin E concentrations.Of the2450 patients,160 were included in the study according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, including 80 in the preeclampsia group and 80 in the healthy control group. The serum vitamin A and E concentrations in early pregnancy and late pregnancy were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The urine protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The collected clinical and test data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)The fluctuation range of vitamin A in early pregnancy and late pregnancy was0.33-0.51 mg/L and 0.25-0.47 mg/L,respectively.The fluctuation range of vitamin E in early pregnancy and late pregnancy was 8.15-14.23 mg / L,11.2-21.2 mg/L;(2)There was no significant difference in vitamin A concentration between PE group and control group during early pregnancy(t=0.40,P=0.360).There was no difference in vitamin A concentration between PE group and control group in late pregnancy. The significance of learning(t=0.36,P=0.450);(3)the concentration of vitamin E in pregnant women in early pregnancy was lower than that in healthy controls(11.19±3.04)(t=8.85,P).=0.01);the vitamin E concentration in the pregnant women in the late pregnancy group(13.52±4.40)was lower than that in the healthy control group(16.20±5.00),the difference was statistically significant(t=10.9,P=0.01);(4)There was no significant difference in BMI and prenatal BMI between PE group and control group(P>0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in age between PE group and control group(P>0.05)(6)There was no significant difference in pregnancy between PE group and healthy control group(X2=3.127,P=0.153),and there was no significant difference in delivery time between PE group and healthy control group,(X2=3.328,P=0.145).Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between vitamin A concentration and preeclampsia;vitamin E may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. |
