Breast cancer is still ranking the highest morbidity rate in female,which seriously affecting women's health.The free radicals produced with metabolism are divided into reactive nitrogen species?RNS?and reactive oxygen species?ROS?.Peroxynitrite?ONOO?,a typical RNS,is closely related to many tumors.It has been reported that ONOOcould be an indicator to screen early-stage cancer,but it still has great challenges for monitoring the level of ONOOin vivo effectively.On top of that,the typical ROS-free radicals?·OH?is strong oxidizing which caused tumor apoptosis in high concentration for tumor treatment is very meaningful.Research was focus on the in vivo ONOOdetection,and chemodynamic therapy?CDT?by the model of breast cancer.The main contents included:?1?By using one-step nanoprecipitation method,a PA probe——Nanonaps were synthetized by two hydrophobic near-infrared dyes ONc and IR780 iodide.The Nanonaps were water-soluble,which had two PA absorption peaks at 775 and 860 nm.Therefore,ONOOcould be detected by the ratio of PA860/PA775changing.Furthermore,experiments in vivo showed that after injecting Nanonaps in tumor,PA signal at 775 nm decayed with time,confirming that Nanonaps could use as a probe to detect ONOOin breast cancer by PA imaging.?2?By using the bovine serum albumin as a template,a metastable phase manganese sulfide nanopreparation-MnS@BSA nanoparticles were prepared by biomimetic synthesis.In the tumor microacid environment,manganese sulfide degraded to produce manganese ions,which could be used for magnetic resonance imaging,it can also react with hydrogen peroxide in microenvironment of tumor to produce·OH,and release hydrogen sulfide?H2S?gas,reliazing magnetic resonance imaging combined with CDT and gas therapy.In summary,this study successfully synthesized two nanomaterials,one was photoacoustic detection probe Nanonaps for ONOOdetection in breast cancer,and the other were MnS@BSA nanoparticles for CDT of breast cancer,which provided new strategies and methods for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer with potential clinical value.
