Part 1 A comparative study of MRI staging, gynecological staging and pathological staging of cervical cancerObjective: To explore the correlation and accuracy of MRI staging of cervical cancer patients with gynecological examination staging and pathological staging. Methods: 35 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to the central hospital of chengde city were selected as the study subjects. All the subjects were examined by magnetic resonance imaging before surgery and examined by chief gynecologist before surgery or biopsy. The accuracy of MRI staging and gynecological examination staging of 35 patients was compared with pathological examination as the "gold standard".Results: The MRI staging of 29 patients was the same as the postoperative pathological staging, with an accuracy of 29/35(82.86%).The gynecological staging of 20 patients was the same as that of their pathological staging, with an accuracy rate of 20/35(57.14%).In terms of accuracy, gynecological staging was significantly lower than MRI staging of cervical cancer, with statistically significant difference(?2 = 5.510,P<0.05).Conclusion: The accuracy of MRI staging for cervical cancer patients was significantly higher than that of gynecological staging. As a non-invasive medical imaging detection technology,MRI is an important means for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Part 2 To explore the research value of multi-b value DWI in different pathological types of cervical cancerObjective: To explore the application value of multi-b value DWI to different pathological types of cervical cancer. Methods: 35 patients admitted to the central hospital of chengde city from October 2016 to June 2018 who underwent pelvic MRI and were confirmed as cervical cancer by postoperative pathological biopsy were collected. The normal control group included 35 patients with non-uterine and cervical diseases who were randomly selected from October 2016 to June 2018.Pelvic MR examination was performed, and the included b values were 100,400,700 and 1000s/mm squared. The post-processing software of Siemens maidit was used to analyze the images generated by different b-values,and different b-value ADC images were obtained. The ADC value was calculated and statistical software SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis to analyze whether the data were in line with the normal distribution.One-way ANOVA was used to compare multiple groups of mean.P < 0.05 showed significant difference. Results: The difference of ADC values of binding band, muscular layer and uterine mucosa without abnormality was statistically significant when b values were different.Under the circumstances of different b values, the difference between the ADC values of cervical cancer patients with different pathological categories and those without abnormal 3-layer cervix showed statistical significance. When different b values were selected, the ADC values of cervical cancer patients with different pathological categories were compared, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The ADC values generated by DWI with different b values could roughly identify the cervical tissues and cervical cancer lesions without abnormalities. At the same time, the ADC values obtained by DWI with different b values are also conducive to the identification of different pathological types of cervical cancer. Therefore, different b-value DWI checks should be applied in practical work.
