Objective:To explore the correlation between the serum levels of GDF-15,OPG and YKL-40 and the SYNTAX score of atherosclerosis and coronary angiographyMethods:120 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography were selected,including 70 males(39 with stent placement)and 50 females(27 with stent placement).Measured by ELISA method line before coronary angiography in patients with serum GDF-15,OPG and YKL 40 serum level and quantity under ultrasound in patients with bilateral carotid plaques and lining thickness,plaque intima thickness that be measured together as Crouse integral,at the same time by means of angiography in patients with different branch of coronary artery stenosis degree under the line of SYNTAX score,and through the integration of the quantitative Crouse SYNTAX score to discuss and GDF-15,OPG and YKL 40 serum levels of correlation.Results:1.In view of the general clinical data of the patients(table 1),comparison was made between the coronary angiography stenosis group(case group)and the coronary angiography normal group(control group).The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in age,TG,HDL-c and CR levels between the case group and the control group(P > 0.05).Compared with TC,LDL-c and Glu levels,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The serum levels of GDF-15,OPG and YKL-40 in the case group were 2106.83 45.32pg/ml,1156.00 280.00pg/ml,71.00 26.00ng/ml,respectively.The serum levels of GDF-15,OPG,and YKL-40 in the control group were 615.27 211.01pg/ml,289.00 76.00pg/ml,and 34.00 14.00ng/ml,respectively.The independent sample t test analysis showed that compared with the control group,the levels of GDF-15,OPG,and YKL-40 in the case group were significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01),as shown in table 2.3.The plasma levels of GDF-15,OPG and YKL-40 in the case group were correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.The higher the plasma levels were,the greater the Crouse score of carotid atherosclerosis was(table 3),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The plasma levels of GDF-15,OPG and YKL-40 in the case group were correlated with SYNTAX.Meanwhile,the higher serum levels of GDF-15,OPG and YKL-40 were,the higher SYNTAX score was(table 4).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The plasma levels of gdf-15,OPG and ykl-40 in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group.2.The higher the gdf-15,OPG and ykl-40 plasma levels were,the more severe the carotid atherosclerosis was,and the higher the SYNTAX score was,indicating that gdf-15,OPG and ykl-40 were positively correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis.
