Correlation Between Serum Vaspin And Endocan Levels In Patients With Unstable Angina With Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical meaning of visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)and endothelial cell specific molecule-1(Endocan)in patients with unstable angina with hypertension.Methods:Our research included in 4 groups: 43 patients with hypertension(EH group),61 patients with unstable angina(UA group),90 patients with unstable angina with hypertension(UA with EH group)and 35 healthy people(control group),All patients were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2017-02 to 2018-02.Vaspin and Endocan were detected by ELISA.Results:Comparison of general information: There were no differences among four groups in regard to age,gender,drinking,BMI,LVEF,WBC,NEUT,TG,TCH,LDL-C and Gensini score(P>0.05).In term of Gensini score,there was no difference between the groups of UA and UA with EH(P>0.05).In terms of smoking,the ratios of UA group and UA with EH group were higher than that of control group and EH group(P < 0.05).In terns of HDL-C,the level of UA with EH group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.05),with no difference compared with the other two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of Vaspin and Endocan levels: Compared with control group,Vaspin and Endocan levels in EH,UA and UA with EH groups were statistically significant difference(all P<0.05),and Vaspin level gradually declined while Endocan increased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of Vaspin was negatively correlated with the number of coronary lesions and the Gensini score(P<0.05),while Endocan positively correlated with the number of coronary lesions and the Gensini score(P<0.05).Vaspin and Endocan were negatively correlated in the four groups(r=-0.715,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history,Vaspin and Endocan were independent risk factors for UA with hypertension(all P < 0.05),especially Vaspin and Endocan(OR=7.372,OR=6.842,all P < 0.001).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve the of Vaspin and Endocan in diagnosing UA with EH were 0.877 and 0.850,respectively,when hypertension was the main disease(all P < 0.05).When UA was dominant,the area under the curve of Vaspin and Endocan in diagnosing of UA with EH was 0.692 and 0.689,respectively(all P < 0.05).Vaspin and Endocan levels can be used as objective indicators for diagnosis and assessment of UA patients with hypertension.
