Background:As we all know, hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, prevails in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)is difficult to control. What's more, hypertension brings patients additional risks and result in hemodialysis inadequacy. As a result, the clinical significance of the study on blood pressure of peritoneal dialysis patients is very significant.Objective:(1)To explore the occurrence of hypertension in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. The general characteristics of people with poor blood pressure control and the use of antihypertensive drugs.(2)To explore the related factors of patients with CAPD,including some biochemical indicators and cytokines. Methods:A clinical data of 200 patients with uremia who carried out continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The prevalence of blood pressure and hypertension in these patients was recorded and their blood pressure medication was recorded.According to the average blood pressure, divided into hypertension without control group and hypertension control group, the analysis of the two groups in age, albumin dialysis age, blood cholesterol, blood phosphorus, serum sodium, blood triglycerides, blood uric acid, blood calcium, hemoglobin, parathyroid hormone. At the same time, some representative patients were selected, and the correlation between the poor blood pressure control and these factors was determined by the detection of IL-6,FGF-23 and vWF(detected by ELISA).Results:(1)Of all the 200 cases, there were 92 cases with the poor control of hypertension.(40.6%),including 5 out of 16 cases with diabetic nephropathy(31.3%),71 out of 137 cases with chronic glomerular nephropathy(51.8%),6 out of 16 cases with polycystic kidney(37.5%),and 2 out of 3 cases with lupus nephropathy(66.7%).(2)There were significant differences in triglycerides, uric acid, blood calcium between hypokalemia group and nonhypokalemia group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age, dialysis age, albumin, blood cholesterol, blood phosphorus, blood sodium, hemoglobin, whole parathyroid hormone difference and EPO application, whether there is coronary heart disease, whether there is diabetes.(3)There were significant differences in IL-6,FGF-23,vWF.(4)The treatment of hypertension was 92.5%,of which 11.4% applied single drug reduction.Calcium channel blocker(CCB)and angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)were the most frequently prescribed drug.CCB,ARB and ACEI were 80.0%,30.0% and 10.0%,central antihypertensive drug accounted for 35.0%.Conclusions:Peritoneal dialysis patients has a higher incidence of hypertension. The level of blood pressure is closely related to parts of biochemical indicators.Finding and correcting hypertension timely can improve the quality of life and the prognosis of CAPD patients.
