With the advancement of society and science,medical technology has developed rapidly,but there are still some medical problems that need to be overcome.In today's society,cardiovascular disease has become the biggest obstacle to human health.As a manifestation of heart disease,arrhythmia's detection helps the patient to prevent and discover heart disease.In recent years,as the aging population has become more and more serious,the incidence of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter has increased.It has become the most common arrhythmia in China and even in the world.Therefore,early detection of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter has important implications for reducing the health risk of patients and reducing the economic burden on patients.With regard to atrial flutter detection algorithm,this article is designed based on the atrial characteristics of the atrial flutter.Firstly,the first-order difference algorithm is used to locate the R wave of the signal,then the characteristic signal of the atrium is extracted by the QRST wave elimination method.Then the relevant algorithm is used to identify the atrial characteristic signal,and the relevant threshold is set to detect the atrial flutter signal.With regard to atrial fibrillation detection algorithm,this paper uses the idea of combining the characteristics of the detection signal atrial activity and the distribution of the analysis signal RR intervals.Firstly,the first-order difference algorithm is used to locate the R wave of the signal.PCA-based QRST Wave Elimination Algorithm is used to Extract Atrial Signals in Data.This paper set the f-wave detection conditions according to the amplitude characteristics of atrial fibrillation f-wave,and then set the atrial fibrillation detection decision conditions according to the high frequency characteristics of the f-wave.In order to improve the specificity of atrial fibrillation detection algorithm,this paper adds the analysis of the distribution of signal RR intervals.With the occurrence of atrial fibrillation,the RR interval is affected by changes in its characteristics,the characteristics of strong uncertainty.This paper calculate the signal distribution of the RR interval Shannon entropy to judge whether the detection signal is atrial fibrillation signal.The data provided by a hospital in Jiangsu Province and the MIT-BIH database verified that the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the atrial flutter detection algorithm were all over 95%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the AF detection algorithm were all met 97% or more.Compared with other atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation detection algorithm,this algorithm has certain advantages.
