Blocked blood vessels is one of high incidence of disease in the elderly,therefore,effective treatment has always been a hot spot in the medicine and other relevant fields.In recent years,with the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery of vascular,stent intervention operation develop into one of mature methods for the treatment of vascular obstruction disease.However,postoperative complications occurred in some patients after stent intervention operation,which resulted in the death of the patient in some serious cases.Research show that postoperative complications is due to the metal fatigue of stent,which is affected by human physiologic motion,especially in lower limb.Most of the study of stent is in the coronary arteries,where the single physiological movement can't represent sports complex of vessels in lower limb.Besides,most scholars only has conducted the finite element simulation experiments,and they did not explore the actual circumstances of the stent in the human body.In order to study the fatigue of the stent in the lower extremities vascular,lower limb vascular stents tested bionic system is constructed established in this paper,which combines with the daily exercise and human body blood circulation.The main contents include: Cortex and Opensim software process and verify the raw data of human walking movement after collecting the raw data of lower limb movement by walking gait analysis system.According to the data of movement,this paper design the corresponding testing equipment,which uses the spherical linkage and plane linkage to simulate the movement of lower limbs.In addition,this paper sets up blood circulation of lower limbs,including the peristaltic pump for simulating of the pulsation of the heart,a one-way valve for simulating an arterial valve,a flow control system for controlling blood flow and blood pressure.After combining blood circulation of simulation system and the lower limb motion mechanism,can be realized in the human body movement deformation of real cases.The real movement deformation the stents can be realized.
