The Study To Screen And Evaluate High-frequency Symptoms In Colorectal Cancer Patients

Objective:By investigating the symptoms of colorectal cancer patients at different stages of diagnosis and treatment,the high frequency symptoms were screened out and an evaluation method was developed to provide the basis for clinical symptoms management.Methods:1.A total symptom collection for colorectal cancer patients was constructed by literature review and semi-structured interviews2.Through cross-sectional investigation of 424 patients with colorectal cancer,the distribution of symptoms in different stages of diagnosis and treatment was understood,and the high-frequency symptoms were screened out by the constituent ratio measurement.On this basis,expert consultation method was used to confirm the high-frequency symptoms of colorectal cancer.3.Based on literature review,the definition of high frequency symptoms in patients with colorectal cancer was summarized,and confirmed by expert consultation to build an evaluation method for high frequency symptoms in patients with colorectal cancer.Results1.Through literature review and semi-structured interview,a total of 69 items were extracted for the full symptoms of colorectal cancer patients to form a collection.(Cronbach's ?=0.875,CVI=0.81)2.After cross-sectional investigation and screening of the constituent ratio measurement,a total of 23 cases of high frequency symptoms were included in patients with colorectal cancer.Through two rounds of expert consultation,and finally confirmed 10 high-frequency symptoms.Namely fatigue,anemia,angular,hematic,defecate is inexhaustible,defecate habit changes,anus painful or itch,defecate becomes thinner,abdominal distention,diarrhea.3.Based on the theory of symptom experience,a symptom evaluation method including definition and evaluation content is constructed by means of two rounds expert consultation.Conclusion:1.Patients with colorectal cancer will experience more symptoms in different stages of diagnosis and treatment.The high frequency symptoms included fatigue,anemia,angular,hematic,defecate is inexhaustible,defecate habit changes,anus painful or itch,defecate becomes thinner,abdominal distention,diarrhea.2.Based on the theory of symptom experience,a symptom evaluation mathod is constructed for symptom management.
