Treatment Of Ankle Dorsiflexion Disorder After Apoplexy By Electroacupuncturing With Hegu Needing Clinical Observation Of The Disease

Objective:To observe the difference of clinical curative effect between Hegu acupuncture and routine acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke ankle dorsiflexion disorder,and to provide clinical evidence for the clinical treatment of post-stroke ankle dorsiflexion disorder.At the same time,for the treatment of post-stroke patients with ankle dorsiflexion,to explore more effective treatment.Methods:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke ankle-back pain were divided into the treatment group(combined with the electroacupuncture group)and the control group(the conventional acupuncture group)according to the random number table method,and the two groups were 30 cases.The two groups were treated with acupuncture for 6 days,one day for rest and one course for two weeks,and two courses of treatment were treated.In this study,the active dorsiflexion of the ankle joint,the Brunnstrom's lower limb stage scale,the modified Ashworth spasm scale,the Men's walking ability rating,the Fulg-Meyer rating scale(lower limb movement function)were used as the observation index,and at the end of the second course of treatment,The above-mentioned index scores,observation and evaluation of the clinical curative effect of the back-bending amplitude of the ankle joint after the treatment have been observed and evaluated,and the obtained data is analyzed by the statistical software.Results:1.The scores of the scales and the dorsiflexion of the ankle joints in the two groups were improved after treatment for 2 courses(P < 0.05),especially in the treatment group.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 86.67%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the scores of the scales and the dorsiflexion of the ankle joints in the treatmentgroup were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.It is feasible and effective to treat the ankle dorsal flexion disorder after apoplexy by acupuncture with Hegu acupuncture.2.Hegu acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke ankle dorsiflexion disorder can effectively improve the lower limb motor ability and the curative effect is better than the conventional acupuncture.
