Objective: To understand the hypothalamic-pituitary adrenal(HPA)axial function of patients with different levels of sleep disorders,A preliminary study of its possible pathogenesis we did;We studied the relationship between MS TCM syndrome and HPA axis function ?sleep disorder to provide new clinical ideas for MS patients with sleep disorder.Method:Using the PSQI scale, the patients with MS(aged over 18)who were admitted to the Endocrine Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from July 2017 to March 2019 were surveyed to collect general patient history data, and improve ACTH,COR and other related experimental indicators? Finally, using SPSS22.0 software for data analysis. Results: 1.The study included a total of 112 patients and was grouped by PSQI score. There was no statistical difference in age, sex, lipid metabolism, waist circumference,BMI,diastolic pressure, fasting blood sugar,2 hours of blood sugar,UA,and Cr among patients with sleep disorders(P>0.05);There are statistical differences in the history of hypertension and glucose metabolism, systolic pressure, glycated hemoglobin,IR,and insulin sensitivity index(P<0.05).2.Comparing the HPA axis function levels between the four groups: The HPA axis function of MS patients was elevated as a whole; There is a statistical difference in the function of the HPA axis between the groups(P<0.05).Further using the Spearman linear correlation analysis,COR was positively related to the degree of sleep disorder in MS patients, and ACTH was negatively related to the degree of sleep disorder in MS patients.3.The PSQI score between various types of TCM in MS patients is statistically significant(P <0.05)Among them, the incidence of liver depression and spleen deficiency was high in moderate and severe sleep disorders, and the signs of QI hygroscopic were more common in patients with no obvious sleep disorders or mild sleep disorders.4.There is a statistical difference in COR between various types of MS TCM syndrome(P <0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in ACTH(P> 0.05),and further comparison between the two types of syndrome, the difference between the QI hygroscopic syndrome and the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in the COR index(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.HPA axillary hyperfunction may be one of the common mechanisms of MS with sleep disorders,COR increased with the degree of sleep disorders.2.MS patients with hypertension and diabetes are more likely to have sleep disorders.Sleep disorders affected insulin sensitivity and aggravated insulin resistance.3.Sleep disorders can occur in all TCM syndrome in MS patients. The degree of sleep disturbance was heavier in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, and the degree of sleep disturbance in patients with hygrosis syndrome was lighter.4.The correlations between COR index and TCM syndrome of MS patients can provide new treatment ideas and mechanism for MS patients with sleep disorder.
