Objective Through the questionnaires on TCM syndrome types and related factors in patients with irritable bowel syndrome after infection,the distribution of PI-IBS TCM syndrome types was summarized,and the related factors were investigated and analyzed,and the relationship between syndrome distribution and related factors was explored.Dialectical treatment and protection provide certain guidance.Methods The PI-IBS clinical questionnaire was established to collect the clinical data of the inpatient and inpatient departments of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2019.The data were statistically analyzed to summarize the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome types of the disease.Related factors,analysis of the relationship between the two.Results1.Of the 308 cases investigated in this survey,118 cases(38.3%)had liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,86 cases(27.9%)had spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,74 cases(24.0%)had spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and 30 cases had cold and heat syndrome.%).Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were mostly(P<0.05).2.The distribution of TCM syndrome types from high to low is as follows: liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,cold and heat syndrome.3.Common causes of PI-IBS: poor emotional(33.4%),diet(24.0%),fatigue(12.0%),cold(9.4%);liver spleen deficiency syndrome due to emotional dysfunction(P<0.05)The spleen and stomach weakness syndrome was mostly due to diet(P<0.05),and the spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was mostly caused by cold(P<0.05).84 people(27.3%)who like spicy food,61 cases(19.8%)who like to eat cold,34 cases(11.0%)who like to eat fat and sweet taste;patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome are more than spicy(P<0.05),patients with cold and hot syndrome were more likely to eat cold(P<0.05).4.There were 162 cases(52.6%)with abnormal emotions,and those with abnormal liver spleen and spleen deficiency were the most common(P<0.05).Conclusion1.In this survey,the proportion of women with PI-IBS was higher than that of men,and the age of patients was mainly young.2.Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is the most common syndrome type of this disease,and the syndrome of cold and heat is also a common clinical syndrome type.3.Gender,age,course of disease,dietary preference,and different incentives are related to the distribution of TCM syndrome types.4.Most patients with PI-IBS are accompanied by emotional abnormalities.
