Objective: To study the syndrome and treatment characteristics of chemotherapy-related oral mucositis and to analyze the characteristics of TCM syndrome distribution and related influencing factors of chemotherapy-related oral mucositis. To explore the pathogenesis, treatment and prescription of chemotherapy-related oral mucositis, and to provide ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of chemotherapy-related oral mucositis. Methods: Make the clinical data collection table, collect the clinical data, establish the database, and use the statistical software to process the data. The statistical methods of TCM syndrome type, treatment prescription and drug application frequency and constituent ratio were summarized and summarized. The statistical differences between TCM syndrome types, general information, clinical characteristics and other related factors were analyzed by chi-square test. Finally, the characteristics of syndrome and treatment of this disease are summarized. Results: 1.There was no difference in the distribution of sex,age and drinking history(P>0.05),but there was a close relationship between the incidence of the disease and smoking history, oral cleanliness, body mass index and chemotherapy containing fluorouracil(P < 0.05).Among the common types of tumors, the incidence of oral mucoiditis was the highest(29.8%),followed by colorectal cancer(28.4%),lung cancer(22.9%),gastric cancer(21.7%)and breast cancer(18.3%).2.The regularity of the disease was buccal mucosa(43.8%)> soft palate(36.3%)> lateral tongue(30.0%)> gingiva(25.0%)> middle tongue(16.3%).The pain of the patients was mild(1 ~ 2 degrees),accounting for 75%,while severe(3 ~ 4 degrees)was less(25%).3.The distribution of TCM syndrome type of the disease was as follows:syndrome of heat accumulation of heart and spleen(35.0%)> syndrome of stomach incandescent fire(23.7%)> syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp heat(21.3%)>syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen(15.0%)> syndrome of yin deficiency andfire exuberance(5.0%).4.There was no significant correlation between the distribution of syndrome type and sex, age, history of tobacco and alcohol, previous history, clinical grade of oral mucositis and clinical pain score(P > 0.05).It was correlated with body mass index(BMI),location of onset and chemotherapy regimen(P < 0.05).5.The use frequency of this medicine is heat-clearing prescription, such as Xiehuang powder,Daochi powder,Qingwei powder, etc, followed by dampness-dispelling prescription, such as Sanren decoction, mannan disinfectant,etc;Antipyretic,dampness-removing traditional Chinese medicine is more frequently used.Conclusion:1.The distribution pattern of TCM syndrome of this disease is:syndrome of heat accumulation of heart and spleen > syndrome of stomach fire >syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness-heat > syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen > syndrome of yin deficiency and fire exuberance, many of them belong to fire-heat and dampness-heat in the disease. The disease is mainly located in the heart,spleen,stomach.2.The patients' body mass index(BMI),location of the disease and chemotherapy plan are the key factors affecting the distribution of the syndrome type. The clinical features of the patients should be paid attention to as well as the treatment of syndrome differentiation.3."Yang-heat hotly depression" is the basic pathogenesis of this disease, the clinical treatment of this disease should pay attention to fire depression and hair,"transparent method" is the key treatment of this disease, transparent method,clear-cut method, nourishing penetration method throughout the treatment of this disease.
